Over the past two weeks, I've had the chance to enjoy both, and each has its own unique charm. Let's start with Barton Creek Square mall, which has great customer service and stores at a variety of price ranges. It's a sprawling indoor mall filled with multi-level stores, comfortable air conditioning, and welcome relief from our Texas heat. Once you step through one of the main entrances, you're immersed in a world of shopping where it's easy to lose track of time (retail, jewelry and toy stores, hair salons and always a food court). You can wander from one end of the mall to the other, browse store after store, and simply enjoy the experience without worrying about the weather outside. Walking through the mall stirred up a wave of positive memories. As a teenager, the mall was the place to be. It was where friends gathered on weekends, where paychecks from part-time jobs quickly turned into the latest outfit for a dance, date, or movie night. It was also where a shopping trip wasn't complete without grabbing a quick bite from favorites like Panda Express or Chick-fil-A before heading back to browse a few more stores. This visit brought back those fond memories to the forefront. I found myself strolling from one side of the mall to the other, peeking into stores that caught my eye and enjoying the simple pleasure of window shopping. I didn't leave with any shopping bags, but I did leave with something just as valuable...a pleasant afternoon and a reminder that sometimes the best shopping trips aren't about what you buy, but the memories they bring back.

I then felt that he was following me and I felt unsafe. So I started walking faster and this was around the Courtyard area where they have a large grassy arena. I then tried to avoid his eager ways to communicate with me, I then went toward my car to leave and ask if I needed help with my dog carrier. I then knew I was being followed. I left and then realized I may try to get a friend to join me next time. So point is my review has to do with safety, I felt uneasy. I always felt safe here now things are different and changing so if you are by yourself and you are female and you feel on safe either leave or go have a chaperone walk with you. The presence of this individual was very uneasy I come here all the time for years this is the first time I ever had this issue. Stay safe

The beautiful huge tree took over the center of the courtyard. There was live music, face painters, and an ice skating rink. We could not get our grandkids off the ice as they were having a blast. There were plenty of photo opportunities near the tree and by Santa's sleigh. Santa arrived and then after a 10 second countdown the tree was lit up! Then the highlight of the event a fireworks show! We were expecting 5 minutes of fireworks but to our surprise the show lasted for about 20 minutes or longer. This show rivaled any fourth of July celebration. The finale was awesome! Great job Galleria and Bee Caves for hosting this wonderful event.

It's not just the eye catching murals, it's also the sandwich, shops, coffee, and sidewalks that allow you to stroll by each of these businesses. This industrial complex is located next to the Missouri Pacific train yard, and it boasts multiple warehouse buildings. I have had my car broken into at this location along with other customers. More "working" cameras should be added and they should have more than one security guard on duty. Management does not seem to care that the car break-ins are happening during late afternoon and early evening for years. Every time I go to this shopping plaza I fear my window will be smashed like others. Management needs to help fix this issue and catch the thieves! BEWARE of parking in this lot!
