We felt we couldn't go on so we looked for a shop. The dealer couldn't take it until the next day so we looked for an independent shop. This one got good ratings so we called. He said he might be able to take it in about mid-day so we took it there. He diagnosed the problem but also researched the make and model to make sure. He was able to fit us in and did a great job on short notice and we made our way to other stops before heading home. We had no problems getting home over that whole distance. We really appreciated the fitting us in, the thorough work and a reasonable price for the work.

It was a week ago while on vacation in the D.A.R. campground when my rental car picked up a nail and had a slow flat starting. Rather than wait for the tire to go fully flat I decided to punch use GARMIN to pick out a service center near me. I'm very glad that I decided on the Port Henry Service Center. Not only did they fix my flat, but they checked my other tires (Noticed as I also did that my tires were way over inflated from the rental company.), and had me back on the road in well under an hour. The owner John Eisenberg was SUPER HELPFUL!!!! could see I was a man who needed help and helped me. Out of state, rental car, on vacation, but I was treated as well as any local from Port Henry, and I know that because the place was very busy with locals that day.

Last summer, my car needed something last minute before we were driving to North Carolina. John fit me into his busy day, and stayed late to fix our car....just to help us out, it saved our vacation. Off the road over the left bank and into the rocks. Car was totaled. I was taken to the Elizabethtown Hospital. The state trooper came into the room told me where the car was headed. To Leroy's in Port Henry 30 miles away. The car had all of my belongings. You know there are no UBER's, taxies etc.. anywhere near Elizabeth Town for me to figure out how to get my things let alone get to NYC. From my room a figured I would try his phone. On a Sunday when he is clearly closed. He picked up and immediately recognized who I was from my number. We spoke a while and he knew what a spot I was in. He said " I will drive your belongings to the hospital". He never blinked. Within an hour he dropped off everything and left. i wasn't allowed to meet him or leave my bed and he wasn't allowed in from COVID. The next day he called and said he was mailing my EZ Pass and garage opener to my home as they were left behind. I also needed several photos of the car for insurance follow up. Done immediately. This is an exceptional person who clearly puts his clients first with major priority. Now I know why the state trooper never hesitated in explaining why the car was going to Leroy. I dropped it off and went to get a coffee bc there's no place to sit. I came back an hour later and discovered they somehow think that it's ok to charge $99 for a standard car oil change. That's $25 MORE than I've been charged at the dealership! And the dealership offers me cookies & coffee and has a nice place to sit. This is insane. Moreover, they didn't ask for permission to do a tire rotation, they just did one and charged $40 for that. In my experience it is customary for the tech to call and say, "hey this is what we found and what we recommend, what would you like us to do?" I had budgeted $75 and walked out paying $155. I don't know if their work is quality, but no oil change is worth twice the price. I can say I will never go back.

When it was hooked up after the summarization i realized they did not put on the drain plug, after they put it on i brought it home (short trip) and realized it was not even on tightly i pulled it right off with no effort. 3rd Recently bought a part since nobody else had it in stock, went to pick up and i asked to open it, was asked "do you not trust me?" most likely joking and i explained i wanted to see if it came with part number " NEOPRENE SEAL 293200134 " gasket/seal the end of wear ring to seal either the base or pump. was told there was no gasket/seal and was sent home. after pulling jetski apart and taking out the old wear ring as i expected there was a rubber gasket/seal that also needed to be replaced and ordered stalling riding for almost another week i would not recommend servicing, buying, or anything from these guys. even seen it go downhill since i've been around in 2020, just hire random kids from around town to wrench on equipment they sell. if you're looking for a new place to get serviced bring it to sportline in queensbury ny, AKA dax power sports
