It's now one day later, and there's only one left -- that's how good they are! The texture is that perfect slightly under-baked middle, which, in my humble opinion, is the superior way to bake a cookie. What she's built takes guts, and it's clear she's not just surviving -- she's thriving. But what I love most is that she didn't settle for a boring, cookie-cutter (pun intended) storefront. Nope -- the place is FUN. The doors and walls are painted with playful cookie designs, and the vibe is super inviting. You can tell Caroline put real thought into making the space feel special. Even the merch is next level -- embroidered sweatshirts that are super high quality. Yeah, they're $50, but honestly, they feel like the kind of sweatshirt you'd live in all winter.
