Staff is very knowledgeable, have great looking flowers. I only buy flowers from them. They make suggestions, deliveries are on time. There is parking but not a lot. But, I never had a problem! They have Handicapped Parking and take Credit Cards too. Plus their Plants and Flowers are very Healthy! Check them Out!!!! read more

I did a search on Google and this was in the top three. They charge $40 per dozen. I got 30 long stem, dark pink and light pink roses. I didn't eat for my sisters first initial of her name. They are so beautiful, I love the wrapped parchment paper, and the little pop of White that they added. This is a great shop with great prices. The flowers did not disappoint. I really got some great service and they always answer the phone when I called and as soon as I pulled up, they handed me my order so it was quick and easy. read more

VERY happy with the beautiful tropical arrangement I ordered Tuesday late afternoon for Wednesday morning. Walked into shop to see what was fresh and was offered a lovely tropical mixture and a "punching up" with some additional flowers. I selected lilies. Next day, before expected, the lovely arrangement arrived, in a vase. So fresh w/the lilies closed, except for one, so they will open up for the recipient as the week progresses. Perfect! read more

Staff- super friendly! And accommodating! I showed up 10minutes after closing and the owner still helped me!! Parking- street parking and there are some spaces in the lot Location- corner store Service- AMAZING! So I found this local florist on a whim considering I don't live near the area. I called him asked if he had sunflowers, hydrangeas, and lilies! He did and I asked him to make me a bouquet within a $30 budget and he did. I was so lucky to find this little gem! They are kind, thoughtful and creative. They were able to accommodate my order with less than 24 hour notice, and accommodated my time slot. Just an FYI TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. we wanted to deliver flowers to an office. Check with them what their delivery process is before having them do it. What should have been a 5 minute drop off turned into a 20 minute ordeal. I'm super bummed but they were so Accomodating! Thank you and we appreciate you! read more

Gorgeous, fresh, affordable flowers, attentive staff, fast delivery... what more could you want? I am very satisfied with my whole experience with this florist. Some highlights: Listened to my initial thoughts on the custom bouquet that I wanted and offered great suggestions to make it more perfect! Ready to deliver same day or next day. Careful about pricing and affordability. By that, I mean that for most florists, they ask me for a price range and then they immediately bump it up by adding container, delivery, tax on top of that, which can be uncomfortable if that wasn't the intention. This florist was very careful to confirm if I wanted these things included or added on top. I really appreciate that concern for my budget. Outstanding quality and service. I wanted to get my wife some flowers yesterday and after seeing this shop and the great reviews (also helps that it was right on my drive home), I gave them a call around 2pm. Edwin answered, and even though he was out making a delivery (which is also really cool that they deliver), he still took the time to answer some of my questions. I only knew that my wife loved tube roses and peonies, so I was going on with the expectation of getting a couple flowers in a vase or bouquet. I was absolutely blown away by what Edwin created for me with such short notice. The cost was also more than reasonable for the level of service I received. My wife was so happy and surprised. After moving out-of-state several years ago, I realized that I lack current contacts for service providers, thus I rely upon rating and review sites to help me select service providers. I located excellent reviews for Edwin at The Flower Boutique in Chatsworth. I could not have been happier with the service and results, nor with Edwin's delightful and helpful attitude. I gave him my budget, color palette, likes and dislikes regarding flowers and type of arrangement (general pick-me-up with for no specific reason) for a 90 year old lady of distinction. He was spot on. He sent me a photo of both sides of the arrangement and asked if there were any changes I wanted made and delivered it within an hour of my approval. This place is great. I was looking for a place that could deliver a bouquet of flowers to my SO for her birthday. Not knowing anything about flowers, I called The Flower Boutique and spoke to the nicest guy who made great suggestions within my price range. The staff made me feel at ease and helped me pick the right arrangement for my wife. This was extremely important to me given that I wouldn't be around when they deliver the flowers I ordered, I needed to be sure I could trust them. I explained the personalized gift i wanted. A flower crown, corsage and bouquet for my teenage goddaughter. Then he told me he would call me back from the shop. He was so courteous and attentive I had no idea my call was before they opened! He sure did keep his word, called me back and finalized my order. I received text pics of my order and he even kept me posted when it was delivered! This truly is the best customer service I've ever experienced. I love supporting small family owned businesses especially when they are so nice and accommodating as Kathy is. It's not very often that I need to use a florist but I know one thing for sure - the next time I need flowers I'm going to Village Florist! Their prices are comparable to other florists. Dotties is located on the corner of Reseda and Sherman way with parking located in the back of the building turn right before the tire shop. I thought it's full so I actually parked at the park and go area it's only 0.25 cents per 30 min. When I was walking up I realized that you can park on the other side of the fence too. On entering the whole shop smells fresh like flowers and I was greeted with a friendly hello. Staff went to get me my bouquet while I browsed. The carnations really caught my eye they were so pretty. When I was handed the bouquet I was really impressed by the beauty. These flowers are very good quality and fresh. I love them so much. My bouquet includes a couple roses, daisies, carnations, and some greenery. Thank you Dotties! I know where to come when I need to get my flower fix!
