I also intended to return a case of empty bottles that I bought here the previous week. The owner told me that he does not accept returns after 12:00PM because the store is too busy. I pointed out that I was the only customer in the store and that I bought the empty case at his establishment and I was about to buy another. I also told him that they were REQUIRED BY LAW to accept returns during all hours of operation (MA Bottle Bill). He told me that he could do whatever he wanted because he owned the place - what an arrogant jerk to think he is above the law. I bought at least a case of beer here every week for years, but I will never set foot in this dump ever again. Suggest you also shop elsewhere... Customers can call the state enforcement at: 617-556-1054 to report their bottle bill law violation for refusing to accept returns during ALL times that they are open for business.

This is a new (1, 1 1/2 years?) store in the middle of Bellingham town center, occupying a rebuilt corner where Town Pizza used to be. They carved out a very nice little store there, and I've been several times. The folks there are very nice, and when I'm spotted browsing near the beer section, I've been engaged in some interesting conversations about micro-brews. I've also been for a wine tasting event there which was very nice. While I really like the way the store is run, and I think their prices are reasonable, I will say that the space is too small and feels a bit claustrophobic. Since the "Oh Yumm" bakery next door closed, I'd really really suggest that the owners (who own the entire plaza I believe) take it over and expand.. move the beer section over and enlarge it, and then open up the aisle spacing in the rest of the place. If you live in the area, I think they are by far the best place to use in Bellingham though!

This is a great little liquor store right where 1A and 121 diverge…read more Recently a light was just placed at this intersection so, its a little bit easier to get in and get out of their small-ish parking lot in the back. It looks a lot smaller from the outside than it actually is, and their wine selection is actually rather robust! I grew up in Wrentham, and now live in Boston, so I'm used to being able to locate good wines in the city very easily at the larger wine shoppes. this place had two rather "boutique" wines that I was looking for, one from Chile and one from Portugal when I was visiting my parents last... The woman who was working the register even commented on one of them, which surprised me since a small "packie" typically doesn't have someone who knows wine that well. their beer selection is spot on ranging form domestic to import to microbrew, and their spirits are good too, having some of the new 'spin offs' from Absolute Boston and other top shelf choices.
