Showed up at 3 pm for an appointment for 2 pedicures. All of the chairs were full, which was an…read moreinitial red flag. We asked how long, they said "5 minutes". Okay fine. By the time we were seated it was pushing 3:20. One person started working on my feet, while the person I was there with just sat in the chair. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us. I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable. If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Asks if the length is the way I want it and is able to fix it how I want it. Waiting time was not bad at all. She also offers waxing and eyelash extensions services! No chemical smells inside the store which is a huge plus. Prices are pretty up there but unfortunately the norm nowadays. My nails were acrylic with nail art on 6 nails and 2 crystal added on two nails and my total was $85 without tip. But regular gel is I believe $35-45. I would definitely come back and maybe even try eyelash extensions. Cash only! Or venmo. No card payments
