An amazing selection, great value and service... staff super helpful. It's been there forever

Last time I was in there shopping for a bong looking to drop a good amount of money ($130+) and I was rushed into making a decision quick. I was sharing genuine concerns about how I wanted something easy to clean and they basically told me it doesnt matter and to also buy their glass cleaner (which im not going to do when i have shit at home and it doesnt make it any easier to clean). This place is a joke. I've been here 5 times and buy pieces every time. Today I came in for a scale and asked to use the Bathroom. Needed to piss so bad. And they refuse to let me. How dare you. RUDE RUDE RUDE. This is the worst smoke shop ever!! Do not waste your time going here or your money. I am a loyal customer for a couple of years, spent so much money here and the owner is just the rudest most disgusting person ever. Every time I walk in there he basically tells me to get the F out. God forbid you ever ask a question about a product. He does not want to help you with anything and if you ask he yells at you. I try and bite my tongue because I need products from his place, but I think its time to drive an extra half hour away to get what I need because he doesn't deserve a penny of my money. Easily my favorite smoke shop around. There's atleast 2/3 that are closer to my house but I usually make the trip up to village sensations for a number of reasons. Compared to other local smoke shops you get much more bang for your buck here, also the staff is very accommodating without Hovering over you like most other headshops I've been to.. Most importantly these guys really know what they're talking about and give excellent recommendations. 5/5 stars read more

What a horrible store with the worst customer service. Their prices are double that of anywhere else and their employees give everyone attitude. The customer is never correct. They also do not accept returns of new or factory broken products. I would highly recommend using a different smoke shop. There are many reputable ones in the area. read more

Save your dignity and shop somewhere else! If you want to give someone your hard earned cash give it to someone who deserves it. Better deals online and don't feel like your being rushed or doing someone a favor for shopping there and God forbid you ask a question! Owner (Kenny) is the rudest person I've ever seen run a business! Today was the last straw! I literally got yelled at because I exchanged something months ago that had a hlf inch rip in the box (he didn't ask for a restocking fee or anything) that they assured me was the right size in the first place. I WAS a loyal customer for over 16 yrs, until today(btw Kenny I'm only 30). The other thing that I bought came In a box that looked like it had been through the ringer/yet When I bought it, I didn't complain, But When I went to return as is he gives me an attitude and screams at me? I went to go exchange something that was $20 and return 2 items for a total of 35$ after spending $165.00. I was not only yelled at, given an attitude and told this is the last time I can "do this". He didn't even let me speak! Then after he's done berating me asks if I want to buy anything else. I was actually going to exchange something and buy another two items one cost $180.00 the other $340.00 today until the owner got back on his pedestal that he has been on for the last couple years. No longer gives discounts, gives an attitude if you ask any question, look around the store and isn't a pleasant shopping experience. I'm sorry but, I believe in courtesy! Especially when your workers give me the items in the first place that are the wrong size and then blame me for one ripped box being the cause of you not being able to get rid of the other 100 items that are dead stock? I honestly don't think I hlf inch rip in 1 out of 100 boxes is going to cause people not to buy it. My apologies, I guess I'll shop on the internet Kenny. Just remember the $100 minimum easily that I spend in there a month will go in someone else's pocket now! Don't blame your customers for your employees mistakes, while they sit there and don't say anything! You shouldn't feel like your bothering an owner when he actually has to work and maybe should be loyal to his customers of over 15+ years who has brought you more business than 99% of your customers. A cool place that not only sells bongs and pipes, but stems and all other types of hippie stuff. The prices of the pieces can get expensive though. The parking lot is shared with a nearby mall and parking isnt usually a problem. Sometimes theres a strange odor outside. read more

This is one of the best head shops in the tri-state area truly a West coast-style Colorado style head shop they got all kinds of American-made glass and lots of great accessories. If you are in the nyc/NJ area stop by here. It's on par with NY Gifts in the West village but bigger. They have a whole section of the store dedicated to dabbing. Miles of heady glass. read more

So I purchased a micro G pen coil ... I walked in there not knowing which one I needed and I was quickly informed on the right one I needed... the only thing is that they sold me a used/messed up coil when I opened it. So I come back in with my original receipt and informed them what happened in the most calm voice and the young dude who sold it to me wasn't there but another kid told me this was not possible also the girl agreed with him as well I said "ok" he told me its "your word against mines" got a little defensive meanwhile I didn't even ask for a refund or a new coil yet I just told them what happened and the whole time he barely made eye contact with me so he came off suspicious... They told me I could buy a new one I chuckled and said I think I'll go buy it somewhere else I can't believe I got hustled for 10$ ... It just blows my mind read more

First off let me say this, This has been by far one of the better smoke shops in the area, and i've been a long time, loyal customer..... until now. I made a purchase on a vector mini torch over a month ago, used it for no more then a few days and then when i went to refill the lighter it wouldn't fill. Brought it back to village sensations on sunday july 13, and was told two weeks for it to be fixed. today is tuesday august 5, and still have not received my torch, it's been over FOUR WEEKS when i was only told TWO weeks! After stopping by for a 5th time(because village hasn't called me ONCE on the STATUS of the torch) i was given a rather disgruntled answer by the young man with spiked hair which sounded like, "they told us two weeks, so thats what we told you. At least it has a lifetime warranty, otherwise you wouldn't be getting anything back." Yea he's right, But i also would have bought a PROPERLY WORKING TORCH 100 times over in this time frame. Also when i asked for the customer service # to vector he replied with, "we dont have it, im sure you can find it on google." So you dont have a customer service # for one of your suppliers....? That Seems very odd, don't cha think? I will be taking my money and smoking needs up to middletown NY which is 40 mins away from me compared to village which is 5 mins down the road, That's how disappointed and upset i am with the lack of customer service from village, And again i've been shopping here for over 8 years, but will never again read more
