I'm not positive but I've heard they were the previous owners of the legendary "Schnitzel's tavern" in Bellefonte (which burnt to the ground with the Bush house)? Their menu has a variety of items with sandwiches, entrees, etc. but the german section is truly delicious. My favorite, pictured, is the badischer schnitzel. My wife tried the "broadway" sandwich. This is clearly a student favorite, with amole seating capacity and plenty of coffee. It was well-inhabited by sleepy students during my ex May visit. I ordered a basic poppy bagel (toasted) wiith cream cheese. Service was quick and friendly, with a generous schmear of cream cheese. The bagel was tasty, and in the middle (in my experience) of the amount of poppy seed.
