On 31/01/2026, it was my brother's birthday party, so my mom ordered three cheese pizzas and one halal pepperoni pizza. And the pizzas were ACTUALLY so good. They tasted even better than last time. There isn't really much to say about service, because my mom ordered them like two hours ahead of time. In addition, there is not much to say about ambiance because we just ordered takeout. My only main concern is that your phone number is not working, but SOMEHOW your website is. Please work on fixing your phone number. This place blesses all of west college area. Its close and open late. Best down town pizza and as cheap as canyon. The owner is funny which made my visits feel hometown. Ok. We live in both State College and New York City. We've been trying all the pizza places in State College and trying to find NYC style pizza and this place has hit the mark. Pizza sauce was zesty. this is a funny place. we have ordered from them off and on, and probably should order more often -- but they don't wear masks in the kitchen. which is connected to where you pay by -- nothing. It's all open. I'd think to tell them, but they were genuine and genuinely goofy, like a cartoon come to life. I was left with the impression that they were not trying to not wear a mask, they just did not have any sense in their heads whatsoever. Like they were high, perhaps. The pizza was pretty good, again, and the wings were pretty good, again. they take cash and cards. Their online web presence was not consistent with their current menu (that special is the old menu man! we have not updated it (perhaps you should or else honor it? My coworker kept bragging about Monte Carlo's subs, that I had to give it a try. I ordered my coworker "special" cheeseburger sub. I don't regret it not one bit. I'm so disappointed with this place. Waited HOURS for food. It was late at night so I figured I would just go to sleep because I figured they just weren't coming. They then just called and texted me when they finally got here at 1am instead of coming to the door. Read this if you value your health... I'm a regular customer at Monte Carlo's, their food is good, not great, but good, at least edible after what I got today. I just ordered the pizza + wings combo. The pizzas was as expected, but the wings was honestly the most horrible thing I have ordered in my life, and I swear I am not exaggerating. I have eaten wings from monte carlo previously, so I know how they regularly smell or taste. Yet, this time, the wings sent this foul smell that spread all over my apartment and almost got me to throw up. It's the kind of smell you find in a chickeI didn't even eat any of them because I didn't want to spend the day in Hershey's Medical Center. I believe the chicken might have not been suitable for cooking in the first place, and this might even be the reason of why there was a deal on them. What's even worse is when I called them. This restaurant's single redeeming trait os that it stays open late. Orherwise they are as crooked as a pizza shop could get. On nearly two dozen occasions my order was simply ignored and up to 2 of 3 items were simply missing once I open the delivery bag. Furthermore they do not answer their phones after pulling a stunt like this. Id say they have robbed me of at least 40 dollars cumulatively. Stay away from this restaurant. I'm not really sure why this place has such a bad rap on here. I live across the street, order from them all the time and have never had a problem. They are a classic neighborhood pizza joint- small, friendly, and they do all the basics well. The chicken parm sandwich is my favorite but I've never really had anything there I didn't like. They also do a Philly cheesesteak pretty well and whatever bread they use is awesome. They are open later than most places around here, but it can get crowded sometimes. read more

I order delivery from here all the time when I stay with my girlfriend. I really enjoy the food and the fact that it's always open late. The only thing I hate it that when I order items that have the option of a dipping sauce on the side it's almost never in the bag. This has happened a handful of times. And with the dipping sauce being $0.50 each it's frustrating. The food is great but if you order delivery you might not get your dipping sauce. read more
