I would suggest to squeeze the lime into the broth to balance out the salty taste. Portion is pretty big as we couldn't finish in one go. I like how clear the broth is, and a lot of meat it comes with. It's well balanced. The rice roll is made out of rice paper, instead of the spring roll paper. Be aware that it's going to be sticky on your teeth, haha. I personally not a fan, but I know it's authentic.
