in my opinon or alleged statements there are 2 iacones .father seems resonable & son, not so. both named vince. i dealt with them for 2=3 yrs mostly auto. i have a ford f 350 which was towed there .in my opinon they are not qualified to repair a deisel truck. after about 4 months he said truck was done. but it smoked terrible.it also had another problem i had paid him with a credit card. for $4500.this was on october 24th 2024 work .before this i was there every week after 2-3 weeks i noticed that the truck was not on any of the 3 lots he uses to park repaired cars plus used cars he repairs & sells 2 are public parking lots when i demanded to know where the truck was (with out getting writen permission )he told me where the truck was. the father told me it was at a deisel repair shop who supposedly repaired the truck.they were waiting for a bad fuel pump put on by iacone. i got bill on january 2nd 2025 thru a text message for $5,932.28*. i have asked for invoices from vince iacones. he claims he paid all the bills for all work performed.ithe inspection sticker is still expired. $4,500.00 first payment and then 2nd bill invoice which i did not know about or pay for $5,932.28 for total $10,432.28. since i did not ok this work i still offered to pay 1/2 of the 2nd bill he refused. i wrote to the pa `state attorney general & also to the f t c the federal trade commision. i still do not have truck as of jan 27th 2025. the value of truck by edmonds is between $2-3000.00 iacone broke a lot of the rules of the #37 pa.code 7301.5-general provisions-repair shop. read more

Nothing but professional. I trust these guys with all of our family's vehicles. Just the other night my wife's car broke down in Philly. We called Iacone, they sent a tow truck, it only cost a $100.00. If you have ever been towed out of Philly by one of those unscrupulous tow truck drivers you know it would have been about $400.00 bucks. Anyway, when something breaks I know where to take it. I don't always like what they have to say, but they always fix it right the first time. After all, who wants to hear their original alternator burned out after 9 years, inversely, who in their right mind would think that such a hard working component would last that long any way? Tires, they even have great prices on tires. It's hard to match apples to apples, but the set I bought for my truck were less than other competitors' and they looked a lot better too, which was a pleasant surprise. Have gone here for years for quick tire repairs. However, I just had a terrible experience. Took my car over there because my car had a flat. Left it overnight as I got there at 3 on a Sunday and the guy was leaving. (Even though the hours State 6 on Sundays). No big deal, filled out an envelope. No big deal. Employee calls me next day and tells me that the tire valve stem is the cause of the leak. He says parts and labor it would cost me $125. I thought this was outrageous. So I said just leave the spare on and I'll take it to another mechanic. I do so and he said the valve stem was bent and it needed to be replaced. Guess how much that costs me... $10 Now I'm not sure what that was about, but I get the feeling that the mechanics either didn't want to troubleshoot, didn't know what they were doing, or just wanted to get as much money out of me as possible. read more

I am a young woman and this company took full advantage of me. Went in since my window was broken and they charged me 300 not even to fix the window but to keep it stuck closed and when i disputed the charges they just told me i couldn't get my keys back until paying in full. The guys at Vince's did me a real favor fitting my car into their schedule just ahead of the Memorial Day weekend. They replaced the old leaking oil pan and, because they knew I was taking a long trip, noticed and repaired another problem while they were at it.
