Stopped in Porecca Auto body shop because the driver's side floor was soaking wet after a few days of rain. No, I didn't leave my window open! Al took the time to figure out the problem was a clogged drain from the moon roof. They simply blew some air through to clear it. Offered to pay them for their time but they refused. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position to need an auto body repair service, you do not need to look any further. After my pristine 3 year old car found itself under a tree, my insurance recommended shops that they deal directly with and I, of course, started checking reviews. Well, if you found yourself on here doing the same thing, I can guarantee you will never find a negative one about Porreca. Having never found myself in this position before I wasn't sure what to do first, so they provided me with guidance, reassurance, and even arranged my rental. My damage was a lot more extensive than I realized, so they took pity on me and took my car sooner rather than later. A week in I stopped by to get something out of my glovebox and Mark showed me my car. They were already well into the roof repair with the shattered windshield gone and had circled all the other damage. My car looked like a Dalmatian with paint damage everywhere, but I guess that's what one should expect when a tree lays on your car for two days. They notified me a week before the finish date that my car would be ready soon and to expect their call. Altogether it took a few weeks, my car looks better than when I bought it from the dealer, inside and out. There is no sign of damage anywhere, my car looks beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Porreca is certified for different brands of cars and mine happened to be one of them, but it wouldn't matter the make of car, you're going to be extremely pleased. So if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing body work, rest assured you're in the best hands and bring Rosie a treat, she's a good girl. read more

First met the owner,Mark,and his son Matt after calling my insurance when my wife's sunroof exploded. Said they could repair but suggested we check with the dealer first,cleaning and securing the damage before sending us on our way to have it repaired for free at the dealer. And they would not even accept $20 for lunch as a small thank you for their integrity and generosity as it took a good chunk of time out of their day. Randomly chose Porreca Auto Body from a list of shops my insurance provided but due to this initial experience was sold right then and there having multiple cars repaired multiple times,from hail damage paid for by insurance to minor parking lot damage paid out of pocket. They did a great job on the cars - they look beautiful. They coordinated everything with my insurance company, they even coordinated the car rental. There's not much more to say - they did a perfect job from start to finish and did it all with a very customer-friendly, pleasant attitude.
