I came in expecting a professional and respectful interaction, especially from a business owner, but instead I was met with rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior. When discussing my firearm, I mentioned a price point around $350, which was immediately shut down without any real conversation. I was then told a much lower value based on a previous sale that didn't seem comparable. When I declined the offer and said I would go elsewhere, the situation escalated. The owner became hostile, raised her voice, and handled my property in a careless and disrespectful way by running outside and throwing my gun in a ditch next to the building. That level of behavior is completely unacceptable. Overall, the experience felt very unwelcoming and disrespectful. Regardless of the situation, basic professionalism and respect should be a standard in any business.

It's a smaller shop, so returns are not going to be as easy as a bigger operation, but I understand they don't have the volume to handle that, so be sure of what you need them to order. One thing that I would like to recommend is that they find a good ammo source to facilitate volume purchasing options to pass on discount pricing for ammunition. They do have some ammo offerings in stock, but it might allow customers to save by offering bulk pricing where they don't have to sit on the inventory. G Five Feed & Outdoor is located off 92 just east of Branch Forbes Road. I arrived here around 6:30 pm. It was very quiet. They close at 7 pm. The gentleman at the front greeted me. I quickly found where the gun counter was and headed over. My gun had arrived the day before. The gun counter was closed but there was one employee back there. I talked to him off to the side. He mentioned that their gun counter closes at 6:30 pm. However, he did offer to allow me to fill out the background paperwork so that it would be ready the next day for the employee to run. He also got info on my driver's license and CWP. He was super friendly and accommodating. He let me take a look at the shotgun and told me they would be in touch when the background check cleared. A day passed and nothing. On the third day after my gun had been delivered, I checked back in. I was told I was good to go. I picked it up that afternoon. The three-day turnaround was kind of annoying. I've only done a transfer at one other gun shop in Plant City and they turned my gun around in less than 12 hours. That being said, G-Five was cheaper for the background check and transfer costs by $5. In my two visits, I looked around G-Five a little. It's like a Bass Pro only smaller and more expensive. They have limited ammo available and plenty of hunting and outdoor accessories. The stand out for me was the friendliness of the staff. Despite the slower process, the gun counter staff were great to deal with.

This place has shady raffle practices. They call them before scheduled times. Seems like cheating…read more I even a comment on Facebook about how I felt and they blocked me from there Facebook page. I was involved in a raffle back on Dec 20th of 2025 that was to be called at 5pm on that day. I went in at 4:20 to buy more tickets only to be told that the raffle was over and they already had a winner. When I asked how Is that possible it's not 5pm yet. They just said it's over we called earlier and we have a winner. I've contacted to store multiple times only to be ignored. Just beware seems like cheating.
