From the time I called in the friendliness and customer service was top-notch and very genuine. I personally appreciate this as a consumer, no matter what business I'm dealing with. They talked about my needs and pricing and how they operate and it was super helpful. No pressure from the reviews and pictures I felt and my phone call. I felt comfortable to do everything remotely in securing a unit with the idea once I needed needed it after office business hours I would be able to access and use it I went in person after my phone call and again the personalities of both employees super friendly and helpful and the facility facility is very clean. I feel like my stuff is safe here pricing is very competitive. I'm a very happy customer. Communications are excellent. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Thank you.

I'm a faithful customer to reputable businesses, so it's their loss completely. I do not recommend this "company"! I had to continuously follow up and was never notified they were no longer coming. No apology for the inconvenience; just a careless and disgusting attitude from the owner who's texts I've attached. I will never beg a company to take my money. NEXT! .... After posting my initial review, Marco the owner texts me the attached: This guy cancels our job, I again give the company another chance... & they no show; not even informing me they weren't coming, and I'm in the wrong for posting my experience with them?! Thank God I see the true colors and now I definitely don't feel remotely bad for this review of my experience.... Be careful who you allow in your home... These worldly demons come in human form! If you don't want the bad reviews you rightfully earn then offer "quality & efficient service" . Guilt tripping me with you having kids.. I have my own that I lost hours of work from while waiting for your crew that never showed up. The services included drawing layout options that would show some of our furnishings in the new residence -- which wasn't much! The majority of our home's belongings were organized into items moving with us, donations, possible consignment, landfill, and limited storage. The team members were very positive and upbeat -- "fast" is an understatement and they definitely worked well together. While it's unfortunate that the speed prevented more oversight than my husband or I could give (therefore, losing several items), the job was completed given the timeline we pressed for. Of course, we'd still be in boxes if unpacking wasn't done for us. So relieved that chore was provided as well. And pictures got hung on the wall, too. We can't recommend them enough for a much valued service.

I therefore felt confident to again call up Julie and ask her to send a team to move the same Furniture minus some very large pieces to our new home. What a nightmare, The team arrived and immediately tried to turn it into it two day move. When we declined, they became frustrated and things proceeded downhill. The three person team arrived without water, hours late, did not seem like they were feeling well as three of them used our bathroom For extended periods of time, if you know what I mean! They built a cardboard ramp to move our furniture and boxes down a staircase-despite our protests (we were on a very tight schedule and felt desperate ) this destroyed furniture and boxes,literally ripped the bars off of wardrobe boxes, all in the exact same way. Left half of our furniture and goods behind, this we have learned are called hostage loads, to force the second day move and despite a contract tried to charge us Twice the estimate! Owner promised to repair and replace Furniture late that night, as I protested and shared the extreme damage and the fact that half of our belongings were left behind . They did not follow through. Julie gaslight and attacked me! She has sent harassing text messages @10pm, as I've used the proper authorities to try to address this after her failing to respond or live up to her responsibilities I will post a screenshot of her response to me which -"was it was all damaged already, My team did nothing" We live in a pet and child free home and all of this furniture was purchased with pride when our children were in college and was damage free. She of course, does not have proof that any of these items were damaged We have video and photos of items before the move and proof of sending her videos and photos in the early a.m. as this move dragged to the 2 AM hour at which time her workers were revving their truck engine in our small residential neighborhood, In a threatening manner. We found our new shark vacuum in a yard down the street and to whomever lost their king main bed Support we have it. They left it with us! Please beware and stay safe and avoid this company,It has changed greatly. They moved my beloved piano with tender care, and all the other household items arrived perfectly unharmed. They were great at helping disassemble and reassembling furniture, and cleared a two bedroom house in just over 4 hours. Thanks again to Jonathan for keeping in good phone contact before and after the move to ensure we got everything we needed. Prices were the best I found. I would recommend them and use them again.

The move started off great. My wife and I did a lot of research, as we wanted to get a local…read morecompany that wasn't a broker. We were also going to be storing our goods at their warehouse, so having good communication and a local person to speak with was very important to us. The move and first few months of storage were super smooth. After a few months of storage the the rates went up, significantly. Strike 1. Years later we asked the owner for a mover recommendation, as we would be moving our goods internationally. Upon receiving the recommendation, we proceeded with the giving the mover a deposit. As the moving time approached, we reached back out to the movers - no response. After a lot of searching, calling, texting and e-mails we spoke with the local police - it was a fraud. The moving company that was recommended was stealing money, and had a history of fraud. The owner of the moving company had recently been released from jail for....fraud. Not exactly a great recommendation. We had to go through our credit card company to get our money back. Strike 2. Then the company was sold. The new owners are very hard to get ahold of. They charge you extra every chance they get. Strike 3. -When the company sold, they threw away my inventory list. I had to pay them to re-inventory. -It was approaching the moving date, the movers wanted to look at the vaults, I had to pay to bring the vaults forward. -On moving day (10 days later), the vaults were again somehow in the back, I had to pay again to bring the vaults forward. -After storing our belongings for almost 4-years, moving day arrived. We spent tens of thousands of dollars to store our belongings. Lots of extra charges. In the end we were also charged for the use of moving blankets. A nice $200 final bill. I cannot recommend this company in good faith. Be careful what you are signing up for. A storage unit maybe a better bet, rather than the vault setup at Good Green. I'm giving 2-stars because there were moments where we felt like valued customers, but mostly we felt like were we just waited to receive the next extra invoice. The happiest day was then we paid the final invoice, and finally cut ties with Good Green.
