They have everything here and the store always has an additional percentage off on top of the "sale" price. My credit card wasn't too happy, but I walked away with matching drawers/chest, king bed frame in a peacock blue velvet, a leather chaise, and way too much other crap. I'm obsessed though. They do provide a third party service to deliver up to five large pieces of furniture for $250. I highly recommend it as they pick up, transport, and bring it into your house. WINNING. They also install for a minimal fee.

There is a ton to peruse and the variety of the selection is solid, but sheesh nothing really stood out to me. I almost purchased a big wicker basket, but had no trouble talking myself out of it. Staff all seemed nice as they put out more inventory, which felt like was probably the bulk of their job throughout the day there really is so much stuff. Pop in if you're looking for something in particular or have the time to spend wandering the aisles.

I saw some good discounts but with any outlet you have to know the reg price of items so you won't be paying more. Customer service was pretty good @ each store I entered with the exception of one. Stayed in the store for about 20mins & was never acknowledged by the salespeople. Glad I didn't find anything I wanted. Overall I'll be back & next time I'll be wearing comfortable shoes.

She was more concerned at being rude about the shopping cart not leaving the store. Their rule about the shopping carts needs to be posted. They don't mind when you load up your cart & buy alot of stuff ! And every time I've gone, the place is messy. Someone needs to look into if what they are doing is against disability regulations. I doubt that I'll be going back.

Watch out your credit card! After swiping and inserting the card 7 times at the faulty register, my…read morecard got locked due to safety reasons. I have pointed out they have a faulty register, but the cashier IGNORED it and just said "keep swiping". I asked for the store manager, and her reply was "he's over there" as if I was going to meet him. Eventually, I was able to talk to him about the problem, but he didn't seem to be concerned. Luckily I have backup cards and my PAINFUL transaction was finally able to go through. All that for a couple of dollars. What a joke!
