Just moved to Austin from Chicago. Visited Wayfair Outlet store today and here are some of my…read morethoughts: -Enjoyed walking around the store, felt like a treasure hunt! A lot of stuff was still in boxes, but lower priced than you normally find on Wayfair. -They have every kind of furniture from couches, dressers, and end tables, to chairs, patio furniture, and office chairs. -My wife was looking for a table to put her printer on; I wasn't looking for anything special. However, I ended up getting a new faux leather office chair for the low, low price of $50! -The store had bedroom sets for $1,200 and wall art for $25, and everything in between. Enjoy! Recommended!

Did you know that Wayfair has brick and mortar outlet stores? I didn't until recently. They…read morecurrently have 4 locations all over the U.S. and this location is the only one in Texas. You can find it on the Tanger side of the outlet mall. The store is much smaller than I thought it would be. I was expecting a large warehouse type of store with a mixture of furniture and home decor (think Home Goods or At Home). This felt more like a random discount furniture outlet store, except with higher quality furniture. There was very little home decor. The bedding and curtains were sort of messy in random containers. The store had mostly couches, a few dining room tables, some end tables, night stands, and outdoor furniture. Everything was at least 40% off of the listed price. All sales are final except for appliances. If you purchase a faulty appliance, you can return it within 48 hours. I actually don't recall seeing any appliances in the store, but I'm sure the inventory is constantly changing. Additionally, they do not hold or reserve furniture before purchasing. The staff was very friendly. A nice gentleman told us about the sales. The employees were wearing casual clothes; it was a little hard differentiating the employees from the customers. Nothing in the store caught my eye, but if you're looking for living room furniture, you may have better luck.

I was picking things off the floor just so i can get by or someone else could move their cart 6" forward. Worst thing was after i moved the items to the smaller cart due to the mess, i realized the line was ALL the way down the back of the store. I just left them with my cart and left because of how overwhelmed and crowded it was. such a mess.

I had a full cart with…read moresome heavy items & was told I could pull up close to the door and take stuff out a little at a time. I was already parked in the first parking slot across from the door. To top it off, I have disabilities that makes things difficult. At least the security guy at the door got my last items out & waited for me at the sidewalk. They also only had 1 cashier. There was only 3 in the line at first but by the time it was my turn, there were at least 7-8 people. There was a manager that was behind the desk that opened for 1 person ( maybe a return or exchange) & then closed it right afterwards. She was more concerned at being rude about the shopping cart not leaving the store. Their rule about the shopping carts needs to be posted. They don't mind when you load up your cart & buy alot of stuff ! And every time I've gone, the place is messy. Someone needs to look into if what they are doing is against disability regulations. I doubt that I'll be going back.
