The entire staff was extremely helpful and took care of every worry I had before the big day. We got SO many compliments on the flowers and decor! They met with me multiple times before the big day and communicated with me throughout the entire planning process. They took my concept and executed it perfectly. They also made recommendations that were super helpful.. they had wonderful ideas and added special touches that I could have only dreamed of. Vintage & Nouveau did absolutely incredible work creating a casket arrangement for my mother's funeral. I wanted something really special for my mom, something that captured her creativity and brightness, but nothing in the standard funeral arrangement books were right. One arrangement was close, however and I had a chat with the owner about what I wanted: an arrangement that overflowed with my mom's favorite colors. When I arrived at the funeral home two days later for the viewing, I was stunned by how perfect the arrangement was. I was left a delivery apparently late afternoon on my front outside porch (ground level) from a friend this past weekend. When I got home early evening the gift basket was completely ransacked by some type of "critter". I called the next morning and asked to speak to the owner so they were aware of what happened. I was told she was busy and could not come to the phone. I left my name/number asking for a return call to let he know what had transpired. Never received a call back from this establishment. Maybe leaving a food basket outside at dusk is not the best decision. What a shame my friends wasted their money on a "goodie" basket that we never had the opportunity to enjoy. read more

DO NOT USE this florist! We had a Fireside Basket sent to our dear friend's wake earlier this week. Since we are not from the area, we used the link from the funeral home's website to place the order. We paid an add'l $50 for an upgrade and were beyond disappointed in the basket when we attended the service. It was stark compared to the other arrangements, so much so, that I took down the name of the florist to follow-up. The owner claims 3 add'l roses were added (we only saw 1) and some snap dragons were added to the base arrangement and that we got our money's worth. For add'l $50, there should have been a dozen roses added! It's evident this owner does not stand behind her product. The funeral home was made aware of this and when called, the owner offered a 10% refund. This was a very dear friend of ours, and our tribute in flowers fell painfully short. I would never again use this florist, nor would any of my family or friends. read more

The Vintage and Nouveau team were outstanding! They were the florist for our wedding in October, and everything was PERFECT! Their flowers are incredibly fresh, and over-the-top beautiful. They took the time to go over every detail of our ceremony and reception with us, offered suggestions on aesthetics, and provided alternatives to stay within our budget. We could not be more happy with how our wedding turned out. Communication with their team was great, and we didn't have to worry about anything. HORRIBLE...My sisters wedding went perfectly, aside from the florist. First, they forgot the flower girl's flowers, then were late to the venue, forgot one of the groomsmens boutonniere and i believe forgot another one as well, so they OWE money back. Worst of all completely messed up setting up the arch, they were STILL working on it while people were arriving and we ended up having to turn chairs and the ceremony location due to this problem. Still a beautiful wedding, they have yet to call my sister back. Highly unprofessional. I would never recommend them. read more

Big shout out, HUGE, to Vintage and Nouveau for doing an absolute beautiful job on our wedding flowers. Everything was EXACTLY what I had imagined in my head. All flowers were fresh, looked absolutely beautiful and stayed that way for the entire day and for some for days after. I had the pleasure of working with Pat who was just wonderful. She took my ideas and made suggestions and the end result was much better than I could have imagined. There was always clear communication with her leading up to the wedding. The price (as I compared them to others) was very reasonable. The service was/is second to none. The day of the wedding, they were there early and set everything up beautifully and exactly how we discussed. I honestly could not have been happier. So happy we chose them to be our florist.
