I gave the exact time that I would come for it. I emphasized that it needed to be done and everything. I came the day of a senior prom to pick it up, and they had no clue what I was talking about. They didn't have it in their records. They didn't have it ready and it was a half hour before I had to be ready with the items. They made it it didn't match the color of the dress I had no time to argue with them or for them to redo it. I had to take it. They did not offer me any money back, they did not offer any discounts, they did not offer anything for my next visit, for the amount of money that I paid. I was disgusted at the error because there was no effort in trying to make up for this. If you have an event, that is very important do not use this place. Imagine if there was something very important aside from something as crucial a senior prom.

Then they threw in a box of chocolates to make up for their mistake. It broke my heart to see how stuffed all these flowers were in this tiny vas and how fast they were drying. I tried to take them all out and place them in a bigger vas and get more life out of them but it was too late. I had to throw them all out. This was so disappointing to me. I would not recommend this place. This bouquet was all over the place and throwing a free box of chocolates does not make up for this.
