First, I want to thank you for accepting my last-minute appointment after another shop canceled on me the same day and for allowing me to return to pay cash, having not realized the shop only took cash. My disappointment lies in the quality of service. I assume my barber was the lead because they seemed to be in charge in the shop. I didn't notice the issue until my wife pointed it out after I got home. When I returned to the shop and mentioned it to the barber, they said "I'm sorry" and chuckled a bit. Although I was in a hurry, I wish they had taken the situation more seriously. I have a business trip coming up and now have to find ways to cover up this major mistake. Offering a refund or a follow-up discount with some genuine care would have been better than an unapologetic "sorry" and a chuckle. read more

I went to Vintage Barber for my second haircut and beard trim today. I loved my first time but today was even better. Andrea has taken care of me both times and she has done a fantastic job! I am growing some old-fashioned mutton chops and she is working with me to achieve the proper shape. I will never need another barber! Andrea is my dream come true! My barber Jodi, did an excellent job. She listened to me and could figure out the rest by looking at my hair. A well balanced cut with attention to detail. I recently moved to the area, so finding a barber was up there with doctor and dentist. This was the closest to my office after a quick search and was open after the end of my day at 5:30. The others guys even said don't bother looking further, they are the best in the area. After this experience I would have to agree. I will definitely be back. read more

When you're looking for a place that knows how to trim beards, it's comforting to see two men with trimmed and neat beards in the barbers chairs when you walk it the place. I recently decided to grow out my previously trim beard, and wasn't sure what I wanted to end up with. Cheryl took my indecisive directions and worked a miracle. While I was in Kathy's barber chair today, we worked it out -- she's been giving me haircuts for the last 20 years! The few times that anyone else (in her previous shops) cut my hair, my wife could always tell. Great service and a heck of an affordable price! I normally don't like barber shops because of the high price (normally I'll just go to supercuts or something for 12 bucks plus a tip). But this was a real authentic barber shop with hot straight razor shaving, and very unique cuts for only 14 bucks! Two dollars more and I get a whole heck of a lot better cut and much better service. Very cool urban atmosphere in this barber shop, with southern style and and old school feel. Great staff and family-friendly. It really reminds me of a small town barber shop, everyone was so friendly and they seem to have a lot of regulars in the military / Police community.
