One of the girls (forgot name :( ) found me, asked me if I need assistance, and carried every style of dress to a dressing room for me. Picked some she thought were cute. Even sized a dressed down for me as I realized when looking in the large mirror it was too big. I ended up purchasing that one, too. Thanks to her!! I found so many great things. Then after purchasing my dressed and cover up I remembered I needed jewelry. She chose 2 pieces for me that both worked together. I still love them. Then keep your items at the front as you go through the store. Bag them up for you then walk around the front desk to hand you your items after purchasing. So nice!!!! Really Can't wait to stop in again when I visit the area. Thank you guys!!!

I don't know if they've had issues with theft recently, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like suspects just for shopping. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and this level of suspicion made the atmosphere feel very unwelcoming. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

They were sitting on top of the cashier counter talking and gossiping the whole time we were in the store. Not one girl had made eye contact, in fact when I was at the counter they continued to chat and ignored me & my friends to finish their conversation before asking if we were ready to check out. She explained that although their posted hours are 10:00-5:00, they "have to start locking the door and controlling traffic as the day ends." Interestingly, this contradicts the business's public response, which claims I "obviously came to [the] door after hours" and that no one saw or spoke to me. I was there before 5:00, and an employee looked directly at me while pulling the door shut and locking it. My complaint was never that they needed to stay open past 5:00. It was that I was prevented from entering before 5:00 without any explanation. Their private explanation actually provides context consistent with my experience, while their public response dismisses it entirely. I was also asked privately to delete my review and told, "I am sure [it] doesn't matter to you who you harm." I find that response particularly telling. Rather than simply acknowledging that the situation could have been handled better, the business chose to question my intentions and publicly characterize my experience as inaccurate. I'm leaving my original review unchanged and adding this update so readers can see the full context and make their own judgment.
