I honestly wish I could give you guys a better rating but considering how unresponsive you've been, I can't imagine giving anything better than this. I'm hoping that this review can at least get your attention. Initially, everything was quick and easy when we hired you for our wedding. However, it's been 1.5 months since our wedding and over the last month of contacting you we've had zero luck in getting anything back. At this point, we still have no clue what's going on with our photos, photo book, etc. My wife and I have both left several messages and have even tried to reaching you through your Facebook page. I'm not sure what's going on but it's incredibly unprofessional of you to simply ignore phone calls, voicemails and emails. I mean - c'mon - you can't pick up the phone and even tell us you're swamped or busy or closed or something? Until you and I find some sort of resolution to this, I have to SERIOUSLY recommend to everyone reading this NOT TO USE YOU. read more

We used Vintage Vault open-style photobooth for our wedding 6/14/14. Matt was my main contact person and was easy to work with via email. Price point was competitive, they print as many copies of pics as needed, and printer is pretty quick. Vintage Vault also has a handful of furniture pieces for rent (we didn't use any), but I would recommend taking a look since they are affordable and adorable! We had been to a good number of weddings with photobooths, and I highly recommend an open-air style like Vintage Vault. You can cram more people in without feeling like you're about to break the booth. Our wedding was outdoors so I was concerned about the lighting being too dark at night, but the photos all turned out great! Our guests had tons of fun with the photobooth/props. We had our guests put their pics in the "scrapbook" and it was so much fun seeing the pics and reading the comments after the wedding!!! Whenever we look at the scrapbook, it never fails to make us smile and laugh! read more

In the beginning, it was wonderful. They were very nice at the vendor meet and greet and getting back to me immediately when I had a question. However, once I gave them my full payment, for the Oo La La package, it would take days and many phone calls to get a response or a call back. The day of my wedding, they forgot the backdrop that I ordered, which I made work, we had to use the library as a backdrop but it sucked that I paid for something I didn't get. I wrote to them the day after the wedding, asking what happened with the backdrop and when I can expect the pictures. After countless unanswered emails and phone calls, they finally got back to me one month later with the photos (also, i might add, they didn't have time to respond to my calls or emails, but they had time to update their Facebook page). The owner apologized and gave me my photos but never offered me any compensation for the mix up. Since then, 3 months later, I have ONLY received the digital files. I have yet to receive my slideshow which is very frustrating because I am not getting what I paid for. I would suggest going somewhere else. With the amount of unanswered calls and emails and not getting what I paid for, I would say this place is kind of fishy. read more

The Vintage Vault was a HUGE hit at our wedding...we kept wondering where everyone was going, and then we walked out to the patio and half the guests were hamming it up with this great, fun couple. Plus it was hilarious and a real high point on our wedding video... They were professional, fun, and really, just great. We used Vintage Vault for our wedding in July 2014. Matt was very easy to work with from the beginning. He was prompt in responding to my inquiry and all subsequent correspondence as we finalized the contract. We had our own backdrop that we wanted to use and Matt was very accommodating. We had a formal wedding and their booth fit the event much better than many of the other photo booth companies out there. The night of our wedding, he was well prepared and the guests loved the booth! Matt exchanged emails with me after the event and it seems they have even added a similar backdrop to ours as part of their offering. I would highly recommend their photo booth services. read more

So I'm actually writing this review on my honeymoon, because of how great this company is! I had a terrible situation with another photo booth rental company that took my money, sent a confirmation, and told me they were sold out for the weekend of my wedding with no record of my event(snap n flix). Least to say I had to find a photo booth 3 days before my wedding. Called around and got nothing, but voicemails. Finally I looked locally and got through to the company called "the vintage vault". My wedding decor was vintage, so I thought they would be perfect and boy was I right! The guy in charge Matt was so nice and gave me a great deal, because of my circumstances. This was such a blessing in disguise because there photo booth was way better than the original one I had planned for and working with them was so easy!!! Also I think they stayed longer than there quoted time which was extremely generous!!! Thank you guys for saving my wedding! My guests loved the booth and now we have photos to keep for memories!!! If you are looking for beautiful, well cared for antiques, honesty and good prices, this is the antique store for you. My husband and I stopped by looking for a couple of pieces for our living room. I found a beautiful antique mirror, they wrapped it for me and even helped get it to the car with me. I ended up forgetting my license. They sent it to me quickly and I am totally impressed.
