The Bao they serve consist of Soft Shell Crab Bao sweet + sour mayo, cucumber, & thai chili dipping sauce Crispy Chicken Bao shredded cabbage & red jalapeno honey Breakfast Bao smoked bacon, soft scrambled egg, roasted tomato, avocado, & broccoli shoots Pork Belly Bao pickled apple, hoisin, & cilantro The only one I have not tried is the pork belly. My favorite so far is the crispy chicken. Everything is so fresh and the bao buns are the perfect fluffy container for the delicious ingredients. I also want to point out that these 2 are so welcoming and engage with their customers. You can tell they genuinely love what they are doing and it shows in their food. Go find them at the farmers market and throw them some support! You will be glad you did.

Both delicious. My favorite was the pork belly for sure: generous portion of tender and crispy pork belly with delicious toppings on a soft bao bun. The acidity of the pickled apple complimented the sweet and salty pork really well. Each bao is assembled with care, you can not only see it, you can also taste it. I need to try the soft shell crab bao next time!

We hired him to roast two 46-lb pigs right in our backyard bringing and using their own professional Lechon roaster equipment. He went above and beyond for this event. Watching the process was incredible, but eating the final product was completely out of this world. After roasting everything to perfection at our house, he transported the Lechon over to our community ballroom five minutes away. He professionally cut and served all 120 of guests with a smile and top-notch care. The Meat was completely out of this world --crispy on the outside, incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Catering an event for 120 people is no small task, but he handled the entire job seamlessly from start to finish. If you want authentic, mouth-watering Lechon and truly stellar customer service for your next big gathering, look no further. Thank you Brian (PHX Lechon Roasters) for making our event so special.

That record ended the other month at the Mesa Night Market and it was better than I expected! Follow their IG account to get where they'll be located and chop times. And get there at least 30 minutes before chop to get in line. Otherwise you'll be standing in line with 100+ people waiting for delicious spit roasted porky goodness. Get a plate for there and take a lb or two home! Tip... Eat the skin right then and there. After it's cold, it's chewy imo. Or crisp it back up in an air fry when you get home. The Achara, Sawsawan, and Liver Sauce put the pork over the top! Looking forward to getting more porky goodness here soon!

We brought family from out of town and had a party of 11 (six adults and five kids). There was a long wait, which we completely understood. We spent the time at the bar where the service was excellent, and the kids browsed the nearby shops. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the experience went downhill. Our server seemed to have little sense of urgency. Everything took an unusually long time, but the biggest issue was the food, which took well over an hour despite being a very simple order of burgers, sandwiches, and other basic menu items. Throughout the wait, we watched tables seated after us receive their food and leave while we were still waiting. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. Rather than checking in or providing an update, our server was frequently visible chatting with coworkers and rolling silverware. When our food finally arrived, it was at best room temperature, making it seem like it had been sitting for quite a while before being brought to the table. We asked to speak with a manager, who said she would look into it, but never returned to follow up. That lack of acknowledgment or accountability was even more disappointing than the delay itself. We declined the offer of dessert because we needed to get the kids home, yet instead of bringing the check promptly, our server spent additional time clearing the table before finally processing our payment. As someone who has worked as a server, I understand that delays happen and kitchens get backed up. What makes the difference is communication, ownership, and making guests feel like their time matters. None of that happened here. It's unfortunate because we've had good experiences in the past, but this visit left us embarrassed that we chose this restaurant to host visiting family.

He was incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my friend who is deaf, making sure we always had water, napkins, and plenty of chips. The margarita flight is always a must for me, so I had to order one for my friend since it was her first visit. I told her that even though neither of us are into spicy margaritas, I knew she'd love it and I was right! Every margarita was delicious. I also ordered the lavender lemonade, which was refreshing and just as good. Ghost Ranch never seems to miss when it comes to drinks. Potato tacos! Another must have My friend ordered the Aztec Cake and insisted I'd regret not getting it. She was absolutely right. It was bomb and Torrance offered us a side of chips .TY. I ordered the short rib. It was flavorful, tender, and filling, with lots of garlic and savory flavor. I'm not sure if short rib is just not my thing, but it didn't wow me the way the Aztec Cake did. I warmed it up later and it was delicious a second time so no complaints. Excellent service, delicious drinks, and a fun way to spend the Fourth. We'll definitely be back!
