We had an old iron porch railing that deteriorated over the 40+ years it was up. Carlos from CG Ironworks replied within 10 minutes of my requesting a quote through Yelp, and this was a Sunday. He asked if he could take some measurements, at no cost, to give an accurate quote. and also asked what time was good for me. Never dreaming he'd come on a Sunday, I said anytime was ok as long as I knew ahead of time, and while I'm sure he didn't want to come on a Sunday, it was ok "today" too.
