I am reluctant to dunk on small businesses in public because it sure is hard out there for the likes of us, but these folks really irked me and it seems from the other reviews here i'm not the only one. I hired them to produce a sticker for artwork that needed to be turned into a vector at first. They charged me $50 and botched a minor detail and i didn't notice until months later after we had run a sticker with them. Whatever, no big deal, our illustrator pointed out the mistake and I didn't notice it. My bad. They corrected the mistake once i brought it to their attention. However, when i submitted an order with the updated artwork, they swapped out the errored artwork when sending me a proof. I missed this fact, that they used an errored proof, so i signed off for approval. What insued was a multi week opaque customer service exchanged in which they repeated the same information over and over again - claiming this was a 'repeat order' even though i had to literally email them to find out the order information and submit a brand new order as their system did not have order information from only a few months prior. They simply refused to acknowledge they messed up the proof in the layout they submitted and kept repeating this erroneous information, as if saying the same thing enough times would simply change the facts they messed up. Even as show them the email chain that *proved* the file i attached via their online system was the correct one, they refused to accept responsibility for anything, and instead wanted me to make a new order that i would pay for with a discount. The impression i was left from the customer service interaction is that they care about being in the right and *and* having the last word. I eventually had to just give up and walk away. This was the most frustrating customer service interaction i've dealt with in years. These folks also seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that working relationships can scale and grow, that i would have say, maybe have had more orders from them had they just owned up to the mistake? I owned up to my part in the matter, but they never did. Or who knows, maybe they just have too much business that they simply don't care and get their hackles from frustrating customers. In any case, i'd stay away and find somewhere else to work with. read more

I made an order through them and found out the original artist I used used AI, so I told VD to please put the sticker creation on hold. They said alright. So, I commissioned a new artist to make an image and, before they could finish, VD just decided to process my order anyways without confirming. Don't use these greedy and dishonest people. read more

TOTAL RIP OFF AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company used to give great fast service, now they take almost a month to get your product. I called customer service over 10 days after I placed my order. The girl on the phone told me she had no idea when I would get my order. She said "it's like a needle in a haystack" Then when I asked for a refund she literally hung up on me. After many years I will no longer use this company. read more

This is my favorite sticker supplier. They do take a little longer, but the quality is excellent, and the prices are good to great depending on online deals. And they seem to run a reasonable business where the employees are helpful and not crazy stressed. read more

I asked for a refund since I never received them and no longer need them and they said no. They said they would do a lost mail search and still 3 months later no product. They should atleast return my money. They can clearly see on my tracking order that I never received my product. In fact it still says it is in California. This place is absolutely horrible ordered wraps for an event 3-5 days on website to get a email that I needed to pay $28 more for faster shipping paid then got a email saying they could not get it out in time. Order arrived after over 2 weeks. Quality is absolutely horrible I could have done better from home like we typically do. They colors are completely wrong there is no pull tab I paid $50 extra for the design was altered and completely messed up. These was a large order of 500 wraps completely can't be used and 0 customer support. read more

I ordered stickers from 3 sticker companies to test quality and this shop was my favorite. The service was amazing, they reached out to ask if I had a better file since the original file was pixelated. They then sent me a proof to approve which the other two companies did not, a nice surprise I wasn't anticipating. Even though I was busy and not great at responding in a timely manner they were always quick to reply over the course of the next 2 days instead of just sending it without approval. They also offer to fix your AI file for a fee to make changes to the graphic which I thought was a neat service to provide as I'm not tech savvy. Patient from purchase to delivery. My logo stickers for my brand turned out fantastic! I highly recommend! read more

I used this company twice and while the sticker and printing quality is good, I had issues with both orders. The second time the team confused me with unnecessary emails asking me to change the size of some of my images when later I was told it was a mistake. Then my lighter wraps were not quite right and they tell me that the size is actually smaller than 3x3 so a part of the image gets cut off. Wtf they had asked me to change the 2 other images. So I was pretty confused and I got the cut off lighter wraps. The business offered me half price to reprint them, which you might think is good, but they advertise these wraps as 3x3 yet it prints differently and cuts into the design. And I had spent a bit of money there. It's so hard finding good businesses to work with. I thought I had found one for my sticker needs but after this last purchase I'm thinking again. read more

Quick turnaround, but... White color is so thin that it is transparent. That isn't obvious in the preview process, and, while it appears the company knows about this issue, they are neither up-front about it nor willing to fix it. Once bitten twice shy. That was an expensive mistake. read more

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had a very odd request and needed a very large decal (2ft x 4 ft) for a lightbox I was making for my room. They immediately understood what I was describing and had it ready for me the next day! They were so fast on emails and it made me comfortable that they really knew what they were doing. I've used several different sticker companies to outsource my designs to for my sticker shop. Vinyl Disorder isn't the worst (that belongs to StickerApp), but they're not good either. My order was delivered with no issues, they were the correct size, material, etc. But the quality of the stickers is...questionable at best. The color is dull and looks kinda washed out. And the edges of every single sticker are SO rough and jagged. It's like their machine didn't cut through the sticker paper all the way so they had to tear the rest of the sticker out. I could never sell this quality of sticker to my customers, so that was $30 down the drain. I could probably use them as part of an "oops" sticker pack, so it's not a complete loss, but I didn't pay for "oops" stickers so it's disappointing. read more

I placed my order on April 2nd, 4:59p. Today is April 12th and I called to inquire about the order. The lady on the phone was very nice, but told me that it would be in final production later this week. I inquired about the turn around time posted on the website, and was told it was incorrrct. Production time is 3-7 days, shipping is 2-5 days, and they do not work weekends. I'm going to wait patiently for them to come but I will not use them a second time. read more

I had problems with this company. I was orderered advertising on the back window of my car. Nobody told me that it turns out they are not sticking ads on the rear window. The company measured the parameters of the window. As a result, the dimensions were erroneous. I have experience with this company left only negative emotions. I ordered a pack of vinyl stickers during a sale and in that pack over half my order suffered from printer ink banding. While their policy doesn't accept refunds they were kind enough to send me replacements, BUT even these have banding and NONE of them in this pack are clean!! Will not come back to this business. Do not order from these guys! They sent us the most sorry excuse for stickers and then claim they have a no refund policy. The sticker backs were falling off, the laminate was wrinkled all over and the stickers has STAINS on them. They must have the worst quality control person around. read more

They make you feel like you are really important and they take extra time to respond to emails and make sure they give you what you want. This company does good at first but then they screw up and don't take accountability for anything. I ordered a set of stickers over a month ago and got the shipping notification. When they arrived it was someone else's order. They asked me to send them back by marking the envelope return to sender. I didn't because I had already thrown the envelope out. They said they were on the way again. They still never came. I told them I just wanted a refund at this point bc it had been well over a month since I placed the order and the tracking info still says they are sitting at usps since April 4th. They refused bc they have a no refund policy and I didn't cancel my order within 24 hours. What?!? I wrote another email explaining to them how businesses work when there's an issue like this and they have me the refund finally but said "the last thing we want to do is issue a refund but we broke our policy for you" wtf. Wow thanks. lol. They also then said that they were sending me the stickers again and wanted it to be a "surprise" but they figured they should let me know after they got my last email. TERRIBLE customer service. I am a Twitch streamer and I ordered custom stickers for my subscribers and a sample holo from VD. I wanted my custom stickers for now, and the holo sample to make a decision for the future. They sent an email stating the could not make a holo sample on my custom sticker, but for the confusion they could refund the sample and get both my custom and sample out to me. I said that was fine, and proceeded to wait for my delivery. A month passed after my order with only receiving the sample, and I sent a message. They said the order had been shipped out on the 6th, and that USPS must have made an error. They would push my order to the front of the line and expedite. Mistakes happen, I let it go. ANOTHER month passed, and no stickers. I talked to live chat, and was told my original order was on hold, NEVER MADE. They claimed this was because I wanted only the holo sample and would let them know if I wanted to upgrade for my custom stickers. No, I sent the email AFTER receiving my samples, and told them I wanted my custom stickers. A respectable company would have owned up to their mistake and offered a refund, or even a discount. I asked for a refund as well as my stickers to be shipped, and was told no, that all they would do was either one, not both. So you're telling me that after waiting TWO months, I was supposed to just wait for stickers I ordered, no compensation? Part of paying for a product is paying for the service as well, and that service was far beyond sub-par. The live chat agent only offered an extra batch of stickers AFTER I left him a bad review. He told me they would get the order doubled and have it out ASAP. Two MORE weeks pass and I didn't even receive a tracking number. I called the service number, and they tried to tell me my order was refunded (it wasn't). He then proceeded to offer a weak apology and told me that they still wouldn't offer a refund for the multiple times they made mistakes. Do not order from this company. Sure, you might get a decent vinyl with no issues. But on the off chance you hit a snag, they will do the absolute bare minimum to work with you for their screwups. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM VINYL DISORDER! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a $36 logo for my CHURCH. My item showed delivered to my mailbox with no signature on yesterday. I did not receive the package. Vinyl Disorder's first suggestion was for me to go to the post office and ask if they had it. This is an odd request considering the post office marked it sent. Vinyl wants me to pay for my lost sign. Here is the final response: VinylDisorder Support 4:24 PM (19 minutes ago) to me Hi Michele, We are so sorry to hear that you have not received your order! Have you checked with any of your neighbors? It is possible that it may have been delivered to one of their homes. Inaccurate depiction! The ordering process was fine and arrived in a timely manner, but it was supposed to be of the Great Lakes and there were only 3 lakes - there are 5 Great Lakes! Pretty disappointed in the product because of this. I've seen stickers with all 5 lakes so I don't know why this only has 3. read more

If I could give a zero star i would. They keeping lying and refuse to guarantee their work. Keep giving one excuse after another. Decals stick to the paper but not the glass. Oh and let's not forget they got my grandson's date wrong. Went back and clearly seen i ordered the right date, they printed the wrong date and STILL REFUSE to correct this problem. Decal is peeling already. They said it is clear that there is build up on the glass. Car isn't even 2 months old. Don't go with this company. Ordered a vinyl decal online, item arrived FAST and is absolutely perfect. The price was so reasonable I honestly thought I might receive something low quality, but no, it's EXACTLY what I needed.
