They were extremely neat and careful of all our belongings. Recently I noticed that the patio cover was slumping in the middle. After inspecting the patio cover, without hesitation, he acknowledged that the patio cover required additional reinforcing but that it could be done in a way that would look consistent with the rest of the cover. One week later, he sent a crew who fixed the problem. They added a post that removed the slump. The "fix" was completely integrated with the original design. Vinyl fence depot installed a vinyl fence and patio deck about 20 years ago. The fence is holding up but our deck that we spent 15K on has the wood supports rotted out and the stairs sagging/ not safe to use. Paid 500 bucks for repair 6 months ago and the repair was not done properly- stairs still in bad shape- unsafe. They refused to honor the 5 year warranty/ guarantee on work done less than a year ago. Got a quote for patio repair last week from them and they quoted 15K. We paid 15K for the entire patio originally. Outrageous and unacceptable Cannot recommend this company because they don't back up their warranty/ guarantee. I will be forced to repair myself. I estimate I can do the job for roughly 2K. Shady salesman - Jack wanted me to contact my homeowners company to pay for it. I will not have my rates go up for filing a claim. Unacceptable imho. I may contact better business bureau to file a complaint. Not cool . read more

They did a topper for my fence, which turned out great. Then I needed to do a small extension for an additional section, and they refused to do it because it was too small. I wouldn't have minded paying whatever extra for the hassle, but they just won't do it at all. So now I am stuck getting a section that doesn't match the previous section. First one was replacing 2 gates at my home which were very old, broken down and really needed to be replaced, yet I'd been putting it off.
