Their workspace was always clean and thoughtful for our pets and family to traverse to and from the house while they worked on the project. And most importantly, the finished gate and fences were clean, high quality and polished... and better than we imagined! Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed. Tal was very transpararent from the beginning and made us aware of the pros and cons for every material and promptly finished the whole project within two weeks. He went above and beyond-communicated every step of the way. We trust them with any home project and would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

They were very personable. They first asked what was going on with the gate on the phone and then sent someone out the very next day to come take a look at it in person. They did a thorough inspection and figured out that our gate needed a new chain, wheels and maintenance. Which I'm not surprised about because we haven't replaced those items in years. They scheduled us in and fixed everything in a efficient and timely manner. So glad my gate is fixed and Alex assured me if I had any questions to just call and that they also provide a lwarranty for the parts that were replaced. So glad I came across Pristine Garage and Gate. This is a trustworthy business and I look forward to using them if I ever have any other issues with my gate or garage.

They also fixed some issues with our irrigation system, which was a huge plus. You can really tell Ramuldo and Eric care about what they do. They were super knowledgeable about plants, trees, and even local wildlife, which made the whole process feel really thoughtful and not just like a quick job. Needing to assert ourselves in an empty home due to this, we had a first night scare of the garage door opening by itself (+ not trusting the reprogramming of the newly purchased openers / clickers) had us shook!!!! I sent an estimate request super late that night and by the grace of G-d Ken was able to come by and check things out same day Saturday. Ken is a top notch professional; thorough with trouble shooting and kindly educated us as new homeowners that have never had an automatic garage before! lol Note: "Ghost openings" are a bit tough to diagnose bc it could be several possibilities but he addressed several potential reasons with care. We also purchased our own, new name brand clickers (as opposed to the cheap generic ones) for him to reprogram and wiped the unit clean of any old connections. We ran into a few issues with the style I originally wanted, but it was only because they build things to a much higher standard than what you get at the big box stores. Their fences are built so they don't sag over time, which is exactly what you want. We ended up going with a modern style that we love. The install took about half a day. Everything went smoothly and the fence and gate have been working great ever since. I also really appreciated the after service. There was a small gap on one of the gates due to them not having enough material during the initial install, and they came back a few weeks later to fix it. I was running all around town looking for a simple handrail for two outdoor staircases. Struck out at all the major home improvement super stores. Either I had to wait 6-8 weeks for a special order or the selection was just too blah for the amount of money it would have costed me.. On my way home from my local Home Depot, discouraged and beat from this arduous "D.I.Y." home improvement project last project. There they were! A mere half mile from my home, on the very same boulevard I drive every single day to go to and from home, G & G Vinyl Fencing. I took down the 800 number off marquis and called the very next morning and spoke with "Raphael". From this very first conversation with him, I got the right vibe. However, after passing my exhaustion point with these damn handrails, I simply told him the general measurements and dimensions and he gave it to me straight, He did not try to sell me anything more or less than what I needed. He did however, explain the whole vinyl railing concept versus wrought iron or wood railings. Yes, it was more costly, but he assured me the quality and craftsmanship of vinyl fencing. Not only was he very informative and confident he represent his product well without shoving down my throat. On top of that, he was at my home within the hour to personally bring me sample and take preliminary measurements for a more accurate sales quote. After his visit, it was a done deal! I already envisioned the awesome railings in my front yard. I started this whole project for safety reasons but I have to admit I was starting to I appreciate the beautification aspect of it more. One week after giving a nominal deposit, the polite and courtesy installers professionally installed both sets of handrails in about 5 hours. It literally made my front yard pop! I know I am talking about a simple handrail for the outside staircase leading to my front door, but I truly believe I have the most elegant looking front porch on the block! I recommend vinyl fencing over traditional fencing hands down! I also recommend G&G. Believe me, Raphael and the whole G&G team are awesome and won't sell you anything you don't need!!!! read more

This is not only to beautify and improve our church grounds but also to use their quality products for special church, community and family events - such as garden weddings, anniversaries and other various gatherings as we see fit. GNG is composed of very professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable staff in relation to the various aspects of their business. Aida, the receptionist/telephone operator, has been very pleasant and cheerful in handling calls. Simon Zartarian, the sales representative, came to our church and did the cost estimate. He is a person whose words you can trust - very reliable, courteous, a good listener, respectful and always quick in responding to my emails and phone calls even during his off days and hours. He has demonstrated the ability to provide customers their expectations and even more. Tony patiently toured us around their show room. He was very knowledgeable about the various products they provide - explained the different features of the products and the various possibilities that can be created with the products displayed at the showroom. Finally, Gary the installer, applies his artistic ability into his job. One can readily recognize his remarkable artistic inclination as he goes about his work. Hands down, GNG Vinyl Fencing is the best vinyl manufacturing and installation company in the Los Angeles area. Be it quality, customer service or overall selection, they've proved time and again that there's absolutely no other competition out there worth talking about. I've now worked with GNG Vinyl Fencing on a number of projects, including a fence topper, trash enclosure, gate and full-length back yard fence. Every time, my point of contact - Gary - has proved beyond prompt and professional, providing the perfect solution for each of my needs with a turnaround time of less than a few hours most days. What's more, Gary and GNG have worked hard to stay within the budget I've allotted for each project and even when they end up being a bit more expensive than I want, they make up for it by installing the highest quality vinyl fencing I've ever seen in the county. Before working with Gary, I worked with one other vinyl contractor and ended up with a shoddy, flimsy result that didn't hold up. After price shopping around and coming upon GNG, I broached the company with a project that involved topping a pre-existing block wall and Gary devised a solution to meet every one of my needs. Then, within two days, his crew was on site and had the install handled in less than four hours. When I got home to inspect things, the yard had been cleaned and landscaped so well that I wouldn't have known they had even been there if it weren't for the 2' vinyl fence topper sitting firmly on my wall. The next project on my list was a gate that had to be installed within my block wall. Unfortunately, it was during the busy summer season and the initial estimate had the install scheduled for 4 weeks out, which DID NOT fit with my summer time table at all. Gary heard my concerns and then made it a point to call me 2-3 times each to try squeezing in my project when his men were working on other projects in the area. It is with great pleasure that I recommend G&G Vinyl Company. About two months ago we had a Vinyl fence installed over an existing block wall and 2 side doors replaced. Garry (our sales person), who is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job, made sure to understand our needs for the project and communicated all options very clearly. I would say his professionalism, courteous behavior, willingness to listen, and care for the project is what made us select G&G Vinyl for our project. He visited our house several times to make sure all measurements were accurate. Furthermore, he was very open and cooperative with several changes we made throughout the process. I have remodeled my entire house and I do understand a thing or two about construction and I had mentioned this to Garry and he had guaranteed my satisfaction. On the day of installation, Arthur and his helper arrived. A super courteous and professional duo, and believe me it does not take much for me to notice that. They started their project by 9:00AM and finished around 6:00PM. Arthur made sure I was happy with every step of the process and took his time to compete his job with thoroughness and care and he did an outstanding job. Now like every major project there were a few hick ups, but what is important it that as I pointed a few issues to Arthur he contacted the main office and without any hesitation or questioning it was resolved on the same day. I was very impressed by their willingness to keep the promise that Gary had made before signing the contract, something that is hard to find these days. Overall, I am very pleased to have the yard that my family has been waiting for 5 years to have. GNG Vinyl Fencing installed a vinyl fence & 4 gates between our house and our neighbor's, with whom we split the cost. They nicely split the bill with our neighbor so we did not have worry about that. They also dismantled and removed the old decrepit wooden fence. We were very happy with the professional results and the fact that our contact Miguel kept us constantly informed of the status, dates and any new developments. Their price was competitive with other estimates; we gave up on another company because they postponed starting the job 3 times, of which one was an understandable rain delay. What we also liked about GNG was that they use their own full-time uniformed crew and don't find workers for the day at the Home Depot parking lot. Our job was completed in a 2-week setup period and 2 days of dismantling the old and installing the new fence. The start date was changed slightly from the initial estimate without any undue hardship on us. We liked the fact that the installers checked with us during installation to make sure we were OK with any suggested changes - one was due the sloping & different height ground along the property line where the fence needed to go, the other was a thoughtful suggestion to leave off two side moldings so that the wide trash containers would fit through the gate (we have only 6 feet between neighbor houses!). I am very satisfied with my salesman Tony and the amazing customer service I received from GNG Vinyl. I chose their product after doing some thorough research and reading other customer reviews. I was looking for something that is durable, maintenance free and weatherproof. When I called Tony was the rep that came out on time as scheduled. He took some measurements, listened to my situation and made his recommendations. After receiving my estimate, I shopped around again and concluded this was the best value for my buck (or bucks I should say). I was in a dispute with my neighbors and as a renter my landlord refused to put up a fence. Because of my situation (having to call the police on my neighbors for throwing their trash in my yard several times), I needed peace of mind and to feel safe and secure. Tony eased my mind and reassured that the work would be done as discussed. Because I was scheduled to have surgery within a few weeks of calling them, they squeezed me in and had the fence in within a week. Great customer service and friendly, clean workers. Only took a few hours to install with four guys on the job for a 50-foot fence. Thanks Tony and GNG Vinyl for giving me what my landlord couldn't. My senior citizen parents just moved to SIgnal Hill, CA. and had GNG Vinyl Fencing install a patio cover. When I checked in with my parents to see how it was going, they said that GNG was the best contractor they had had since they moved in. They said that the GNG sales representative named Dan was very polite and helped them design the Colonial style patio cover they wanted. My parents said that when GNG started the work the supervisor would always explain exactly what they planned on doing and would ask for my mom and dad's approval before they installed anything. GNG pointed out that there were electrical lights existing and in the way but asked my parents if they wanted to keep the electrical accessible for future lighting. The supervisor made sure that the electrical was kept exposed and accessible. Thank You GNG! Now I can set up their lighting as they would like. My parents said that all the workers were so friendly and concerned about doing a quality job and that they made sure they were happy. My parents also said that it was so nice that GNG really cared about them as clients and took pride in their work. GnG installed a custom vinyl fence that had some unique requirements. Tony P came out, took measurements and had a discussion on what I was looking for. The fence was not long, less than 30 ft. but required 3 elevation changes up a slope and a starting height of 7 ft. which gradually reduced to approx. 6 ft. I provided Tony with a sketch of what I was looking for and he took it from there. The installation crew (Miguel and Hector) arrived promptly on the start date and work was completed the next day. Tony came out at the start of the project to finalize instructions and work proceeded without a hitch except for a trim piece that needed to be replaced to provide a solid anchor for one of the fence posts. Overall the work performed was excellent. Thanks to Miguel and Hector for their skill, courtesy and interaction with me whenever there was an area of concern. Thanks to Tony for working with me to iron out concerns and providing an attractive price point that beat out other bids. I am retired and was not looking forward to replacing the original fence that was damaged by recent high winds (I do my own handyman work at home). GNG Vinyl Fencing installed fencing and gates in our backyard. Our backyard appears to have had a complete transformation after the installation. The fencing is sturdy (therefore high quality as they promised), so very easy to clean (just run the hose over it!) , and just looks wonderful and modern. The gates are done wonderfully as well (easy to open, safe, etc). The salesperson, Sam,worked with me every step of the way to ensure everything was as I wanted it to be. The communciation process was seamless as well (prompt return of my calls and emails). He was very knowledgable and thorough in his explanation of the products and services GNG had to offer. In the end, I just felt very comfortable going with GNG. We had estimates from others as well but in the end, we felt the most comfortable going with GNG because of the quality of their products, their reasonable price estimate, and the way in which we were treated by their team. GNG finished installing our new vinyl fence three weeks ago. Gary and his crew delivered on everything he said he would do and more - including replacing the cap for a picket that was surprisingly missing one in our front yard. They actually finished one day earlier than he said they would. We had solicited quotes from four companies and remarkably they came within $1000 of each other. I was very specific about the details of the project and laid out certain hypothetical situations so I know that I am comparing apples to apples. We chose GNG because Gary gave me something extra that I didn't ask for - a replacement for our old wood-rotted outdoor front yard window ledge. I also like the fact that their material is sourced in-state. And because GNG actually manufactures (as opposed to prefabricated) the vinyl, it is tailor-made to fit the homeowner's unique measurements. Gary believes in his product so much that he did not say anything disparaging against his competition - knowing full well that I had solicited quotes from them. Needed to install a fence and a pool gate before inspections for our pool. We delayed calling for this because of the nightmare our pool has been and needed it at a certain place before we could move forward. Simon was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Went over the cost and options and even offered to try to get it done sooner if someone moved their date ahead of ours. They did three days early! Crew arrived on time and was very kind. Manny and Hercules installed out fence and our gate and were amazing. Manny even helped me with sweeping the firework debris off my sidewalk from my neighbors the night before. I call this the Disneyland service. After our nightmare for our pool, this was a breath of fresh air. I never comment on Yelp, but with suck great service I had to. The fence looks amazing, was reasonable in price, started and completed before expected, and crew was so kind. If you need a new fence or gate, or anything Vinyl this company and these workers are definitely the company for you. I can't say enough good things. read more

This is our second time hiring GNG Vinyl and another great experience! Our first project in 2016 was a fence topper and an AC surround which are still in great shape. This year GNG installed a 7 foot back fence with gate and some gates to close off the side entrances of our property. GNG is always professional and our experience communicating with Simon was an absolute JOY. Simon is quick to respond to questions and adept at texting which made it really easy to relay project needs clearly. Narbeh and his team did a wonderful installation and were very respectful of our home environment. We have two small anxious dogs and Narbeh was so helpful, working with us on the location flow of the project to keep them from getting too loud while we were all stuck inside the house together. What a great experience! When I was looking to replace my gates and a wall, my neighbor recommended GnG Vinyl(having recently gone through them himself). His salesperson was Tony - so I called him directly. Tony was very responsive and he came out the following day to check out what I had in mind. He offered suggestions and was very accommodating. The price he quoted was extremely competitive so we got something on the books right away. When they day of the install came, Tony again was there (as promised) to make sure the installers and I were all on the same page with regard to the scope of work. The job took two days and turned out beautifully. Tony followed up to make sure I was happy with the finished project as well as the service I had received. I am the owner of a property management company, a real estate broker and a general contractor. I solicited bids for our apartment pool gate from numerous companies. In the end, it was clear the GNG Vinyl was the most competent and best equipped to do the job. Art, their sales person came up with a design that dwarfed other company's recommendations. One company walked from the project saying they could not come up with a build solution. But, Art stayed the course and came up with a design that didn't just comply with the code, but looks awesome. Arthur and Gary who did the major part of the installation were stellar. The job went smoothly and they finished on time and on the dates they promised! we have wanted to put up a new fence for some time now as the old wood one has seen better days. After some long hard thinking and research, we chose GNG! Boy are we happy we did! George was such a gentleman, so polite and helpful. He answered all our question, about solar lights, durability, maintenance and time frame for installation. We have a very large property, and the fence is very long and then goes across the driveway. The men came at a reasonable hour in the morning, and had the job was done in 2 days! They moved everything for us as we had a lot of container gardens. The yard was spotless when they were done. They washed down the fence when they were finished. I would most definitely recommend G&G to anyone who wants to get vinyl fencing done. We had several bids, and G&G cam in with the best offer for the fence and the best pricing for the solar lights. Tony and the crew from GNG were great. We needed to replace an aging wood fence and I contacted 3 different companies for estimates. GNG wasn't the cheapest, but Tony from GNG was the most thorough and took the most time to explain details about the project that no other contractor brought up. Their price was competitive enough that I decided to go with GNG. It turned out to be a great decision. The crew was professional and punctual and got the project done despite challenging weather conditions. Due to excessive rain and wind, Tony, without any prompting from us, made several follow up visits to make sure that the posts and cement had settled according to spec. They had to redo several posts, but again, this was on their own initiative. I never had to chase them down for any of this work, and that was much appreciated. My wooden side yard patio cover was riddled with termites and I decided to go with G and G Vinyl to replace it, because they had done such a great job three years ago on a larger backyard patio cover. My project manager, Dan Miller, was just fantastic -- so easy to work with and he listened to/answered all of my questions to be sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The two installers worked diligently (on EXTREMELY hot days) to make every element of the installation just PERFECT.
