I was running all around town looking for a simple handrail for two outdoor staircases. Struck out at all the major home improvement super stores. Either I had to wait 6-8 weeks for a special order or the selection was just too blah for the amount of money it would have costed me.. On my way home from my local Home Depot, discouraged and beat from this arduous "D.I.Y." home improvement project last project. There they were! A mere half mile from my home, on the very same boulevard I drive every single day to go to and from home, G & G Vinyl Fencing. I took down the 800 number off marquis and called the very next morning and spoke with "Raphael". From this very first conversation with him, I got the right vibe. However, after passing my exhaustion point with these damn handrails, I simply told him the general measurements and dimensions and he gave it to me straight, He did not try to sell me anything more or less than what I needed. He did however, explain the whole vinyl railing concept versus wrought iron or wood railings. Yes, it was more costly, but he assured me the quality and craftsmanship of vinyl fencing. Not only was he very informative and confident he represent his product well without shoving down my throat. On top of that, he was at my home within the hour to personally bring me sample and take preliminary measurements for a more accurate sales quote. After his visit, it was a done deal! I already envisioned the awesome railings in my front yard. I started this whole project for safety reasons but I have to admit I was starting to I appreciate the beautification aspect of it more. One week after giving a nominal deposit, the polite and courtesy installers professionally installed both sets of handrails in about 5 hours. It literally made my front yard pop! I know I am talking about a simple handrail for the outside staircase leading to my front door, but I truly believe I have the most elegant looking front porch on the block! Last week, I had my patio cover installed by GnG Vinyl Fencing, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Simon was extremely helpful, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. I went back and forth for quite a while before making my decision (I also got estimates from three other companies), but Simon was always patient and never pushy. I really appreciated that. Manny and his team arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and paid close attention to all of my requests. They even went above and beyond what I had asked for to achieve the modern, clean, white look I wanted. There was also a small issue with the ceiling fan installation--the fan was missing a few pieces, so Manny had to come back a second time to finish the job once we had everything we needed. He did so happily and without any hesitation, which I really appreciated. It's that kind of customer service that makes a company stand out. And let me tell you--they did an outstanding job! The patio cover came out absolutely beautiful. In fact, I had tears of joy when it was finally completed. It was truly a dream come true, because I've been wanting a patio cover ever since we moved into our house. And it's not just beautiful--it's incredibly practical. During those last few boiling-hot summer days, I could immediately tell that the temperature inside the house was significantly cooler. Since the sun is no longer hitting our sliding glass doors directly, I assume the house is about 15 degrees cooler during the hottest part of the day. Be it quality, customer service or overall selection, they've proved time and again that there's absolutely no other competition out there worth talking about. I've now worked with GNG Vinyl Fencing on a number of projects, including a fence topper, trash enclosure, gate and full-length back yard fence. Every time, my point of contact - Gary - has proved beyond prompt and professional, providing the perfect solution for each of my needs with a turnaround time of less than a few hours most days. What's more, Gary and GNG have worked hard to stay within the budget I've allotted for each project and even when they end up being a bit more expensive than I want, they make up for it by installing the highest quality vinyl fencing I've ever seen in the county. Before working with Gary, I worked with one other vinyl contractor and ended up with a shoddy, flimsy result that didn't hold up. After price shopping around and coming upon GNG, I broached the company with a project that involved topping a pre-existing block wall and Gary devised a solution to meet every one of my needs. Then, within two days, his crew was on site and had the install handled in less than four hours. It is with great pleasure that I recommend G&G Vinyl Company. About two months ago we had a Vinyl fence installed over an existing block wall and 2 side doors replaced. Garry (our sales person), who is extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job, made sure to understand our needs for the project and communicated all options very clearly. I would say his professionalism, courteous behavior, willingness to listen, and care for the project is what made us select G&G Vinyl for our project. He visited our house several times to make sure all measurements were accurate. Furthermore, he was very open and cooperative with several changes we made throughout the process. I have remodeled my entire house and I do understand a thing or two about construction and I had mentioned this to Garry and he had guaranteed my satisfaction. On the day of installation, Arthur and his helper arrived. A super courteous and professional duo, and believe me it does not take much for me to notice that. They started their project by 9:00AM and finished around 6:00PM. Arthur made sure I was happy with every step of the process and took his time to compete his job with thoroughness and care and he did an outstanding job. Now like every major project there were a few hick ups, but what is important it that as I pointed a few issues to Arthur he contacted the main office and without any hesitation or questioning it was resolved on the same day. Overall, I am very pleased to have the yard that my family has been waiting for 5 years to have. GNG Vinyl Fencing installed a vinyl fence & 4 gates between our house and our neighbor's, with whom we split the cost. They nicely split the bill with our neighbor so we did not have worry about that. They also dismantled and removed the old decrepit wooden fence. We were very happy with the professional results and the fact that our contact Miguel kept us constantly informed of the status, dates and any new developments. Their price was competitive with other estimates; we gave up on another company because they postponed starting the job 3 times, of which one was an understandable rain delay. What we also liked about GNG was that they use their own full-time uniformed crew and don't find workers for the day at the Home Depot parking lot. Our job was completed in a 2-week setup period and 2 days of dismantling the old and installing the new fence. The start date was changed slightly from the initial estimate without any undue hardship on us. We liked the fact that the installers checked with us during installation to make sure we were OK with any suggested changes - one was due the sloping & different height ground along the property line where the fence needed to go, the other was a thoughtful suggestion to leave off two side moldings so that the wide trash containers would fit through the gate (we have only 6 feet between neighbor houses!). I am very satisfied with my salesman Tony and the amazing customer service I received from GNG Vinyl. I chose their product after doing some thorough research and reading other customer reviews. I was looking for something that is durable, maintenance free and weatherproof. When I called Tony was the rep that came out on time as scheduled. He took some measurements, listened to my situation and made his recommendations. After receiving my estimate, I shopped around again and concluded this was the best value for my buck (or bucks I should say). I was in a dispute with my neighbors and as a renter my landlord refused to put up a fence. Because of my situation (having to call the police on my neighbors for throwing their trash in my yard several times), I needed peace of mind and to feel safe and secure. Tony eased my mind and reassured that the work would be done as discussed. Because I was scheduled to have surgery within a few weeks of calling them, they squeezed me in and had the fence in within a week. Great customer service and friendly, clean workers. Only took a few hours to install with four guys on the job for a 50-foot fence. Thanks Tony and GNG Vinyl for giving me what my landlord couldn't. My senior citizen parents just moved to SIgnal Hill, CA. and had GNG Vinyl Fencing install a patio cover. When I checked in with my parents to see how it was going, they said that GNG was the best contractor they had had since they moved in. They said that the GNG sales representative named Dan was very polite and helped them design the Colonial style patio cover they wanted. My parents said that when GNG started the work the supervisor would always explain exactly what they planned on doing and would ask for my mom and dad's approval before they installed anything. GNG pointed out that there were electrical lights existing and in the way but asked my parents if they wanted to keep the electrical accessible for future lighting. The supervisor made sure that the electrical was kept exposed and accessible. Thank You GNG! Now I can set up their lighting as they would like. My parents said that all the workers were so friendly and concerned about doing a quality job and that they made sure they were happy. My parents also said that it was so nice that GNG really cared about them as clients and took pride in their work. GnG installed a custom vinyl fence that had some unique requirements. Tony P came out, took measurements and had a discussion on what I was looking for. The fence was not long, less than 30 ft. but required 3 elevation changes up a slope and a starting height of 7 ft. which gradually reduced to approx. 6 ft. I provided Tony with a sketch of what I was looking for and he took it from there. The installation crew (Miguel and Hector) arrived promptly on the start date and work was completed the next day. Tony came out at the start of the project to finalize instructions and work proceeded without a hitch except for a trim piece that needed to be replaced to provide a solid anchor for one of the fence posts. Overall the work performed was excellent. Thanks to Miguel and Hector for their skill, courtesy and interaction with me whenever there was an area of concern. Thanks to Tony for working with me to iron out concerns and providing an attractive price point that beat out other bids. I am retired and was not looking forward to replacing the original fence that was damaged by recent high winds (I do my own handyman work at home). GNG Vinyl Fencing installed fencing and gates in our backyard. Our backyard appears to have had a complete transformation after the installation. The fencing is sturdy (therefore high quality as they promised), so very easy to clean (just run the hose over it!) , and just looks wonderful and modern. The gates are done wonderfully as well (easy to open, safe, etc). The salesperson, Sam,worked with me every step of the way to ensure everything was as I wanted it to be. The communciation process was seamless as well (prompt return of my calls and emails). He was very knowledgable and thorough in his explanation of the products and services GNG had to offer. In the end, I just felt very comfortable going with GNG. We had estimates from others as well but in the end, we felt the most comfortable going with GNG because of the quality of their products, their reasonable price estimate, and the way in which we were treated by their team.
