During the January 2025 windstorm, our vinyl topper was buffeted by winds that topped nearly 100 mph. I was not surprised that it came crashing down after hours of continuous battering, about two feet of the upper cinder block fence came down with the topper. GNG originally installed the vinyl topper in August of 2021. I contacted GNG and asked them to reinstall a new topper, after the wall was repaired and strengthened. Simon came out, retook measurements and a new topper was ordered. As the previous topper was destroyed by an Act of God, I anticipated paying for the new topper as there was no manufacturing or installation negligence on the part of GNG. What a pleasant surprise that this wonderful company actually gave me a reduced price for the new topper! GNG expedited my issue and instead of the usual 4-6 weeks, the new topper was ordered and installed within two weeks. Israel and crew arrived early, did an amazing job, clean and professional. Israel also noticed my vinyl gate needed to be adjusted, it was not swinging shut as quickly as it had been and he took the initiative to tighten bolts and make minor adjustments. Wow, and thank you!
