This company installed the fence and then totally ignored my neighbor's and my texts and phone calls for follow up work completion. Screws came loose causing the fences at a junction to separate, a gate needed to be adjusted and the workers damaged a conduit on my property. The repair to the conduit (which I had pointed out prior to installation) cost me $200. I submitted the bill and never got a response. After a contractor called explained repercussions of ignoring us they finally sent someone out to complete their work. I have no faith in their 'life time' guarantee. They were very easy to communicate with and work with. From quote to final installation we were able to easily check in with questions via text. After getting the initial quote, Ofelya came out to our house 2 times to make sure we got all the details covered. She also brought her gate guru to ensure that our back sliding gate can be adapted to the new panels. They really know their vinyl. They make their own pieces and their installers, Vic and Art, are basically vinyl craftsman. They really care for their work and want their installations to shine and it shows. I do my best to hire companies who can be relied on to stand behind their product. Initially, was quite happy with the install of FGV's product and hired them a second time. However, shortly after installation, small things happened - like the locks wouldn't work, pieces of the components started popping off, the hinges and gates started slipping making the doors off-kilter. Supposedly, there is a lifetime guarantee, which is the reason I selected them. However, I was warned by another company the components used are cheap and will ultimately come apart and they did! When FGV was asked to repair THEIR issues, in accordance with the guarantee, they came. The second time they were required to come out they had a total attitude, as if I was the one who installed the material! I was even told they didn't have time to keep coming out for such matters. Now, it's just routine to find parts of the product have come off or apart and I am not at all happy. But, I learned the hard way. A guarantee? Now, what good is a lifetime guarantee if the company won't satisfy the guarantee if their product becomes faulty??? As a result, I would not choose their company ever again. Love the concept of the product and overall look, the initial service before they get the money is FABULOUS, afterward, it's like dealing with the post office. Awful service. read more

This company does okay work. It was a little bit of a scheduling issue, but once we got them out they installed a very nice fence. This is fine if nothing ever goes wrong. Our latch stopped working about 16 months later and for months my husband and I tried to get someone to come out and fix it. I wasn't asking for it to be fixed for free, I just wanted the company that installed it to fix it. We finally gave up and had someone else do it. So, be warned. There are probably a lot of companies out there that can do the same work, AND will be available to follow up if something goes wrong. I know I'll never use them again. And I'm sure once they read this review I'll finally get a response. Too bad it had to come to this. read more

Hi, I'm updating my review, as Andre was very apologetic about our initial missed appointment. I found Andre to be very knowledgeable and took his time talking with me about what I had envisioned for privacy in our backyard. The proposal was very reasonable and Andre even provided me with the specs to take to the city for a permit. I had a vinyl fence and several gates installed around the backyard perimeter of the property, including an 8 ft. fence bordering an alley. My gates were self-closing, and Andre knew the importance of that since we have a pool in the backyard. We also had a porch railing installed and it really adds curb-appeal! Contacted this company to replace old wooden fences with new vinyl fences for a project we are working on. They immediately came out, took measurements and gave us honest pricing along with samples showing the material they use for the fencing. We decided to hire them considering they were priced great and had extensive knowledge, were able to answer all of our questions and were professional over all. It ended up working out great with this company, they were fast and did a clean job and we have been recommending them ever since. FGV installed our fence a year ago. The electric portion, which they facilitated with Cobalt no longer works, and they refuse to answer calls or respond to service request. Very disappointing after we were so happy with the install. Also, several panels of the vinyl fence have warped within this first year. read more

My husband and I wanted to put a scalloped picket fence on our corner lot house. It was important to us that the fence look beautiful & requires low maintenance. The installion job was not an easy process as there are many unleveled areas where pepper tree roots cause uprooted side walks. Art, the installer, managed to make it look perfect.
