Last week I noticed that some of the plastic brackets attached to the wall of my house had broken and the entire structure may have fallen on my family and I. I called Vinyl Professionals and Mady the General Manager/Owner had told me that they used to have an employee there that did cut some corners and that he no longer works there. His name is Shan and he left the company and started up another vinyl company called Vinyl Pros out of Van Nuys. He is working out of his house and does not have a valid contractors licence. His real name is NSHAN GEVORGYAN SR. I would make sure you don't ever use his company! Anyway We are extremely pleased with the work that Vilen and his team did to fix our patio cover for FREE! They used metal brackets not plastic ones and replaced ALL of the brackets even the ones that weren't broken! I contacted this company for an estimate. They came in a timely fashion. When they had the plans drawn for our fence, they left out the neighbors side that faces the street. Who draws plans that doesn't include the neighbors side? I feel this was done on purpose, my bad that I didn't notice. Probably because anyone would think it's included in building a fence for both sides . I was lied to, then was told that they mentioned it to me which was a lie. I wouldn't have agreed to this. Then he told me I watched him measure, which I did not, it was 100 plus degrees outside. I was in my house. After calling them to complain, more lies. I had to explain to my neighbors why their side was not done. I called and was going to have them do our neighbors side, all I got was excuses, Im out of the office, which he is never at the office his Mother runs the whole business. He got his $$$, and mind you they ask for CASH!!! Oh I'll give you the CASH price, that is a bunch of you know what! , I would not do business with this shady operation. It was a nightmare working with a liar who took advantage of me because I am a women! Stay Away. I'm still wondering why so many good reviews? Ray met me on a Wednesday, provided me with a timely and fair quote, and completed the installation on the following Tuesday. This was a 24" PVC extension on a narrow wall that was originally constructed in the late 1950s. It required an experienced and knowledgeable individual to carefully complete and Ray was that individual. The wall extension is sturdy, looks great, and provides excellent privacy. It was supported by external posts, had gaps throughout, and there were rusty nails exposed all over it. To make matters worse, stray cats climbed it and had taken over the patio. Vinyl Professionals offered a very reasonable estimate on good quality, attractive vinyl fencing with pickets on the top to discourage the little invaders. This has been a very pleasing experience. From the first phone call to the last, everyone involved has been awesome. We received quotes from local contractors and a few others outside the valley next to SCV for installing a privacy side yard gates, however, the cost to have it installed was more than we could afford. We had bids that were high and some that we low. We went with recommendations from locals in our neighbourhood and on our Facebook groups and were happy to give the job to Vinyl Professionals. Vilen or Mr V was our sales guy and we had the pleasure of going to the small showroom to see the actual product. Most people wouldn't bother but we like to meet our local vendors as it's always our goal to keep the business locally in the SCV. On the visit to our house for measurements Mr V helped us out tremendously with height sizing and swing direction. We ordered 4 gates which were the two for the front yard and two for the rear yard.Since I live in a HOA he was familiar with the typical type of fencing that matched seamless with our house with keeping within budget. Our new vinyl fence was installed in ONE DAY! Vilen was great to deal with. I truly feel like he was honest up front about everything. No hidden fees or anything. I got a few quotes and this was the best value. I friend of a friend was going to charge the same price for the cheap stuff from Home Depot. This fence is way better quality and has a warrantee. I contacted Vinyl Professionals right after the Tick Fire destroyed half of our fence. I was referred to them by a local Facebook group (they had the most recommendations). They were able to schedule an appointment quickly for me. Vilen was the salesman who showed up to take measurements, discuss my options, and provided a written quote right then and there. When I called him back 3 months later to finally proceed, he still had all of my information handy. He was able to come over again the very next day to remeasure, confirm my order, and take the deposit (they offered several options to make a deposit which was really helpful!). Since only half our fence burned, we were trying to match what we already had, which was several years old. After the deposit was made, Vilen said it'd be about a week for them to install. Imagine my surprise when they were able to schedule me in just a day later!!! Although it was a smaller project, they had 4 workers come to dispose of our old fence, prepare the grounds, and install the new fence. They were done in just a few hours. They cleaned up all the debris and the fence to make it look sparkly new! They were very professional and friendly. Vilen called after they were done to make sure I was happy with the final product.
