I was cutting about six inches off my hair, she shampooed, cut and curled my hair and it looked fine. A few days later I shampooed and tried to style my hair, the layers and bangs were uneven, I called and they got me back in so the stylist could fix the issues. She seemed a bit flustered but did she see some problems with the cut and she tried to fix it. The next day I washed my hair and it is still uneven. In any case, it's immaterial whether or not you purchased it for me because you performed the exact same process on my hair roughly 7 times and then suddenly decided it was more complex and time consuming when in fact the stylist conveyed to me that it would be easier each time because she had done the color mapping. The fact is, you did not do right by me and this whole matter was handled unprofessionally. I cannot recommend a shop that is willing to lose a customer rather than work with them. I was very hurt, upset and disappointed when Hendrix called me to not only move my appointment farther out but then to increase my rate. UPDATE: Went to a highly reviewed salon a few days after my visit with Vo where I had two pros look at my hair to assess the situation (and probability of me somehow getting what I originally wanted), and both agreed that what Vo did to my hair was "pretty bad" and unprofessional. All I heard, as they were slowly combing and lifting through my hair, were soft whispers and gasps of horror with the occasional, "Girl look at this... omg..." After hearing what they could do to fix the mess Vo left me with (weeks of painstaking piece meal work and god-knows-how-much-money) I ultimately decided to have them take me back to my original brown so I could start over from square one. THAT'S how bad it was. All that time and money just to go back to brown and have my hair be short and thin instead of long and thick. God I could scream. I appreciate you offering to fix the mess you left me with, Thanh, but no thanks. I would much rather you spend the time you would've taken on fixing my hair to spending it on some coloring courses instead. Just because you own a salon doesn't mean you've mastered the art of hair. The other guy whom you trained on the fly with me has a lot of learning to do also. I could tell he didn't know what he was doing and yet you still let him touch my hair while you juggled two other clients. Unacceptable service. On top of that, neither you or the other guy ever made small talk with me, which I've never experienced at a salon in all my life. Like, not a single word or question about my day or even my name.
