I had a rear bumper accident and my insurance company, Wawanesa, referred me to Carstar. I called and they told me to just come in for an estimate. I arrived in the afternoon and Mardik came over to talk to me. He walked me to the waiting room (nice and comfortable) as he went back outside with his clipboard. After only a few minutes he came back, went to the computer and a few minutes later gave me an estimate. I checked other places and Carstar was not the highest or the lowest. It was a perfect estimate. He wanted me to leave the SUV right away, but I needed it for the weekend, but I promised I would return. I called when I was ready to drop it off and I spoke to the nicest person on Earth, Jan. She was sweet and understood what I wanted. We set up an appointment the following Tuesday. I came in on Monday and when I dropped off the SUV they said it could take a week, but they will evaluate the SUV more as they pull the bumper apart. They asked if I needed assistance in going home, but I had had a ride already. Jan printed up the paperwork (with a nice warm smile) and promised that the car will be done by next week. She said she will give me constant updates and if I need anything, to give her a call. I left satisfied and waited patiently. Every day I received an updated text about the status of the repair. A couple of days go by and on Wednesday evening I get a call from Jan saying that the SUV will be completed on Thursday. Wow, that was fast. I went to pick up the SUV and the SUV was ready to go. I looked at the new shiny bumper and smiled. I took care of the paperwork and Mardik came to check on me. He explained in detail what he fixed and even showed me spot his company clean up. Some touch up paint here and there and some buffering. It looked great. He drove the car to the exit area and I entered the SUV. I saw the clip to move the chair was loose. Mardik didn't hesitate and ran to get some to repair it quickly. Wow, what service. He coworker tightened up the screws and the seat works perfectly. I drove home very happy.
