She took it there in early September. When she finally got it it was in worth shape that when she left it with him. No reasons given, promises made constantly. She took it to a reliable mechanic who found all the mistakes and omissions made by CLS and actually fixed it to the tune of an additional $3500. Harley, who owns CLS is an out and out thief. He lies, he avoids and he took her money and completely failed to do what she took it there for. I don't know who the positive reviews are from.... My guess would be that Harley faked them or got friends to write them. Do not understand any circumstances take your car to this place unless you have thousands of dollars to waste. Literally thousands. The only mistake this customer made was to hand over that much money, in advance. She has excuses including illness and being naive....

One call to Level 1 to Augustine & within minutes he eased a lot of my anxiety. Augustine was extremely professional, but also showed compassion. The towing company he recommended was there promptly, which was surprising, as you would expect to wait longer during the wee hours of night. Also, he called Enterprise for me the following morning and got me set up in a rental! The original service was great but my engine light soon turn back on so I went back. From then on it was phone tag, being told things that didn't seem to be true, and being ignored. This went on for over a month and I now am having to go to a different place to have it fixed. Once I was originally able to get ahold of Jose to clarify what the plan was and him telling me he would be getting the parts needed for my car, I'd wait a week and hear nothing so I'd reach out again. I was again told things like well I got one of the parts but I need two, I was never reached out to be updated, and eventually that turned into him completely ignoring me. He stopped responding to my texts, wouldn't answer my calls or return my calls/voicemails. I was sent to him by the guy I bought my car from and had fully intended to use him as needed in the future. At this point I will never be returning to this place nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

This is a long review, but strongly recommended to read for anyone considering taking their cars to…read morethis place. I took my car there to have them repair the quarter panel, rear door and the rear wheel. I asked this guy, Alex, how much he would charge to fix the scratches on all the wheels and he said he'll include it in the estimated price. He asked me to bring it next week on Monday so that he could order the parts ahead of time and have it done sooner. I dropped it off on Monday and he said it would be done by the end of the week. I called him on Thursday to see how it's going and he was talking vaguely saying that he just got the parts. I'm like ok, no big deal. I'd call him every few days to ask if he knows how much longer it's gonna take and he wouldn't give me a straight answer. Long story short, it took about a month for him to finish the job. I went there and looked at the car. Didn't notice any issues at first, so I paid him and left. As soon as I got in the car, I was shocked to see all the damage to the interior. The dashboard and the door panel on the passenger side were seriously damaged to the point that they were peeled off and the foam underneath was visible (photos attached). There were paint stains on the passenger seat and on the window. There was chemical residue on the gauge cluster, door panels and around the center console (photos attached). I took another look at the exterior and realized that the roof drip molding on the passenger side looked super damaged and rusted (photo attached) compared to the molding on the driver's side. As if they replaced it with a banged-up part from a junkyard. There was tape residue on the rear window (that I haven't been able to remove even after washing the car). The adhesive on the front windshield also looked terrible (photos attached). I went back right away and expressed my concern. He looked at them, completely denied that they were responsible for any of it and literally walked away from me as I was speaking to him. I was calm and super polite during our conversation and was surprised not only by him refusing to take responsibility, but more so by his rude behavior. As I was driving home, I realized the car wasn't driving normally. There was something off about it and I could hear loud creaking sounds as I turned the steering wheel. It kept going on during the weekend, so I got out of the car at some point to see if there's something going on with the wheels and the tires. I couldn't believe my eyes. My car has staggered tires, meaning that the front and rear wheels and tires aren't the same size. They somehow put the rear tires that are thicker and bigger in the front and put the front ones that are narrower in the rear. I texted him on Monday and told him about the tires and he didn't even respond to my message. So I had to take a half day off my work and take the car to my mechanic to have him rotate the tires. My mechanic's jaw was dropped when he saw that they had put wrong tire sizes on the wheels that didn't match. The paint job that they had done on the wheels was also so bad it kept chipping off as they were removing the tires (phots attached). As I was driving back, the windshield molding popped out of its place too. That's the level of attention to detail that you can expect from the Brothers. Since this Alex guy had decided to ghost me, I decided to go there in person to have him reimburse me for what I paid the mechanic. He wasn't there (or maybe saw me on camera and decided to hide somewhere). This other guy told me to come back next week to get reimbursed and glued the windshield molding with a frown on his face. When I went back to have him reimburse me, he had this look on his face as he was writing the check, and started yelling at me for bringing up the bad paint job on the wheels, because he did me "a favor". He was like I didn't even do your wheels, someone else did. Go and talk to them if you have issues. I also had to pay out of my pocket to do an alignment as it was completely messed up after what they did to it. I was already under a lot of stress after the accident and this whole experience made it that much worse.

Took a drive shaft to get an estimate on new u-joints and labor for installing them. Took almost a week to get back with me to say they have to cut off both ends of drive shaft and weld in new ends. Received a quote of $400. Was suspicious as I figured $50 for material and an hour of shop time. Picked up the parts and discovered why they suggested replacing ends. They removed old u-joints using hammer and drift and in the process totally butchered one end. Am posting pics I took to send to Bureau of Automotive Repair complaint desk. Not sure if Yelp will remove them Never figured a "professional" shop would hack to remove u-joint rather than use a press. More importantly, figured a honest shop would own up to their mistake and fix the problem they caused. Wrong on both account!!! They admitted to hammering u-joint out but refuse to fix the shaft. Total waste of my time and $. Now I have to either take my drive shaft and get it fixed or buy a new one, which ever is less. Mean time stay away from this place!
