I'm not sure how to stack this company up against other party planning companies in Chicago since this was my first experience, but I will come up with an excuse to use VIP Bachelorette as soon as I possibly can. What can I say? They made me look like the Maid of Honor of the year. Pro's: -Laura matched my neuroticism for organization, was quick to respond to all of my questions over the course of three weeks, and walked me through all of the party options. (You rock, Laura!!!) -The Sassy Special was available for $65 per girl, with no minimum number of guests. It included a professional photographer (who was extremely patient with our 10-girl party), express entry and reserved seating to the Naughty Little Cabaret (AMAZING SHOW), express entry and free round of drinks to Ybar and Tantrik, and to top it off, we were chauffeured to each of the venues. When you add up the cost of cover, first round, and taxi's that you would have paid between the venues, you are more than getting your money's worth. -Roberto was our right hand man during the night. He met us at the first bar where we were getting photographed and stuck with us all night. His texts to let us know when to leave each venue and availability during the entire night was professional and friendly. Even when we decided to leave one of the clubs a little early to get to our final destination sooner than he had planned for, he promptly responded to our request and the bus pulled up to pick us up within 5 minutes. -The driver of the bus was just as professional and accommodating as the other VIP staff. Towards the end of the evening, one of our girls had overserved herself on alcohol. The driver generously offered to drop the overserved girl and myself off at my apartment which was two blocks from the final venue. I cannot express how grateful I was for the extra effort that alleviated my stress of getting her home by myself. Not only was he accomodating but was also very considerate, I brought trashbags with me to clean up any trash on the bus and he offered to take the trash with him so I did not have to find a recepticle outside of the bus. -Our guest of honor truly felt exclusive and important all evening. Although we were all very impressed with how seamless the evening went, the bride-to-be later expressed to me the night was more than she ever expected, and I have to agree with her. Con's: -The only "negative" I can think of was that 12:30 am came far too quickly. After my great first impression of VIP bachelorette I would not hesitate to purchase a bigger package the next time we party with them. If I had to do it all over again, I would still go with VIP Bachelorette. The ease of not having to worry about transportation, of getting express entry to the top clubs in Chicago when other girls are shivering in a line that goes around the block, of everyone in our party being treated like royalty, and of the evening being affordable for any budget will keep me coming back. I've gotta say... VIP indeed! From day one of planning to the day of the event, I've had nothing but a great experience with VIP Bachelorette. Danielle was so professional and awesome! She accommodated all our needs and was very helpful when i was stressing out over planning my friend's bachelorette party. She was also very understanding and patient especially when i kept changing the plans on her. I did that a few times and then dropped the bomb on her with a minor change 2 days before the event (sorry about that). She handled it very well! We took a burlesque lesson to start off... super sexy! But before the day began, I had to call the Event Coordinator because we were running late (ugh, such girls) and I needed her to call the Instructor. Claire was quick to respond. She really made sure everything was OK. That was the only time I had to call Claire. We made all our other appointments. Kit Kat Lounge was next on our agenda and we all had a great time! What a unique dining experience. So glad i went through VIP Bachelorette - because we got to go in 30mins before they opened to the public, which fit our schedule best! Once we got in, the contact person introduced himself and made sure we were taken care of. Naughty Night Out was so much fun! The contact person for NNO, Rob (i believe was his name) was very accommodating. Rob was super busy during Naughty Night Out, but he addressed every question/concern i had. He made sure our Bride got her gift bag, the girls got their drink stub, and he picked on our Bride a lot throughout the show which we loved haha! He initially sat us in the 3rd row, but after double-checking the Bride's name he apologized and sat us in the 1st row. (i'm so glad he double-checked.) Of course, all of us who were taking a seat in the 3rd all cheered with the mix-up. VIP! Our bride, sitting right smack front row center, had sooo much fun! The show was perfect for us. I liked that it was a variety. Everyone enjoyed it! After the show, we headed to one of the 2 bars included. Once we got there, the contact person heard we had arrived and looked for us to make sure we were accommodated. He led our group to the bar and told the bartender that our group was to get a shot/drink and it was on him. We did hit up the 2nd bar but only for the free drink. By that time we were all tired from dancing the night away, we mostly sat in the lounge area. The Bride had an awesome time! From the Burlesque lesson, to Kit Kat Lounge, to Naughty Night Out, she kept thanking me for such a fun night! And the girls sent kudos my way for a kick ass time! They talked about it for weeks!! I could not have done my moh duties without Danielle and VIP Bachelorette. Seriously. Claire and Rob also did a tremendous job. I am just so impressed with how professional the whole team was in making sure our party experienced nothing but VIP status! I'm already planning another bachelorette party with Danielle! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had the unfortunate experience which I will pass on to everyone. We were given an itinerary that had 4 places we were to visit for the evening. The first place is where you are supposed to meet your party liaison we did not see them until after we had arrived and were in the bar trying to figure out where to sit and where to set up. They did not introduce themselves and at the time I believed that they worked for the bar . Trust me the first venue is quick, confusing and not very much fun, you are just there for them to take the pictures which by the way you will have to pay for the ones you want later no copies are included in the package. Next up was the male revue at the bar down the street, this bar did not have a table for us, we were not on the list and we had to sit at the bar when all the other parties had tables. We did walk all three floors looking at each table to see if one had been reserved and there was not one (we did not get our round of shots nor did we get our champagne toast). When we tried to reach our party liaison she did not return our calls or texts till an hour and a half later by that time we were already on our way to the next bar. When asking why we did not have a table they stated that there was and we just didn't find it plus they are not responsible for what any 3rd party mishandles. At the 3rd venue the VIP line they refer to was longer and took more time then to enter if you were walking in off the street. The customer service was rude and uninviting, VIP stated they were there and waved to the girls in our group but later retracted their statement saying they could not locate us so they left without talking to anyone. 1 hour later we were rushed out by our limo driver saying we had to leave which we had thought meant we were off to the last venue NO he took the group home. VIP's response later to this was we misunderstood them and turned down the package that allowed us to go to the last venue and that it was clear of how long we had the limo. So at 11:30pm we all were taken home. This company banks on the fact that the parties they are booking will be to intoxicated to know what is going on and not to complain about the bait and switch game they are playing. Ladies if you want to have a good time rent a limo for the time you want, book the parties with the bars you would like to attend you will come out cheaper and will be able to hold someone liable for mistakes that may occur. In Response to VIP our group is not confused and no we did not want another party since the first one was such a horrible experience why chance another horrible night. Plus our VIP person was not there to assist since we have proof via phone that a response was not received until 1.5 hours later when we were having trouble. This is just unacceptable. I planned my cousins bachelorette party and I have to say the evening was perfect! Rob was the event coordinator for our party and he was always available when I had questions, and I had plenty! Trying to plan an evening of drinking and dancing for a party of 14 is not easy. Key thing for the host of the party is to be organized and prepared for the party. I did everything I was instructed to do by VIP, which was have the itinerary available at each venue, and program the phone number of the Event Coordinator and the driver into my phone, and phone of one other party goer. We upgraded our package to have our own private party bus. It was worth the extra money, we were able to play our own music and danced around on the bus :-) Our driver Jeff was on time and fun, and an honest guy. (side note--one of the girls left her wallet on the bus, Jeff called the next day to meet up with her and return it) Our first stop was The Joynt, the door host was friendly and welcoming, the bartenders were fun, the photographer was capturing all the special moments we want to remember, and the singer was entertaining, to top all that off the drinks were delicious!!!!!! We had so much fun on the bus and at the Joynt that I really can't remember much of the Hangge Uppe or Spy Bar. I know that we sang, dance, and drank the night away! Exactly what any girl would want for her Bachelorette Party! Another bonus about paying the extra cash for the bus was that Jeff was close by and ready to move on when we were. This was the first time I hosted a Bachelorette Party and it was easy with VIP Bachelorette and the staff were fantastic! I have a few friends that will eventually have a bachelorette party, I work with mostly women, and a Facebook page full of women I will be recommending this company too, and don't forget Pinterest! When you want the Guest of honor and her guest to be treated like VIPs seriously go with VIP Bachelorette! One of my coworkers is getting married the end of May. No one from the office is able to attend. Because it was coming up quickly, I had to think fast (being the social organizer in the group). But I was stumped. This girl wasn't a "party" animal, but likes to have fun. We already did the male revue thing in Vegas. I Googled "bachelorette party ideas" and was led to VIP Bachelorette. From the moment I reviewed the website, I thought this was genius! There were so many packages to choose from and there was something that definitely fit everyone's style and type of fun you are looking for. We chose the belly dancing package. The bride to be, as well as the other girls, had a lot of fun. The bride to be had no idea what we planned and was so surprised and can't stop talking about how much fun it was. Personally, what I loved was being able to communicate with Rob via email the entire time and feel like I was on the phone with him/sitting in his office. I feel it's important to meet people and "see" people, but with my schedule, email was so much easier. Rob really made that happen. What I also appreciated (and so did the other girls), is we were running late to get to the belly dancing. I first called Angela, freaked out because it went to voice mail, but when instructed to text her, was relieved. What was more relieving was that she text me back right away to let me know that she would contact the belly dancer to let her know we were running late. The belly dancer was very accommodating when we got there and we learned an entire dance in one hour!! The process was so simple, priced right, and so much fun! I would highly recommend anyone who wants to put the stress of planning a bachelorette party/girls nite out to VIP Bachelorette. I love VIP Bachelorette! I am the maid of honor at my best friends wedding and I had to plan a bachelorette party for her and many other women I didn't really know. I could normally plan an awesome party on my own but I didn't want to have the hassle of collecting money from people so from a google search, I found VIP Bachelorette. I worked with a coordinator named Danielle and she made the entire process of planning the party so easy. AlI the guests were easily able to submit their payments to the party coordinator online and it was great. There was no problem in communication and all my questions were answered within a few hours of emailing her. For the event, I went with the VIP clubbing package, which was $29 and it included a pre party at Ontourage,express admission to 3 clubs in downtown Chicago and free drinks at each club. The entire night went off without a mistake. We met our party host at the pre party and she was nice enough to meet us at the 1st club to make sure we got in right away and got our drink tickets. We were at Soundbar 1st and got 3 free drinks there. We then went to Y bar and with our clubbing package, got a bottle of champagne and an awesome VIP table right on the dancefloor. We ended the night at Spybar, where the front door person personally walked our group to the bar and made sure the bartender attended to us 1st and got us our free drinks that were included in our package. The entire night, each guest spent only about an extra $50 on tips and food. That's so cheap compared to what it would have cost if we went to each club separately and paid for each drink. All the guests were so impressed with VIP Bachelorette that they wanted my party coordinator's info so they could plan their next party with them. The bride had a fantastic night full of laughter, free alcohol, and dancing. I would definitely use them again and will for now on use VIP Bachelorette for all my "girls night out" events. read more

Being the matron of honor, it was my duty to throw the bride the bachelorette party of her dreams. I tried for 6 months to get the other bridemaids to help me with the big night, but ended up having to do everything on my own(and it was at the last minute). That is until I found VIP Bachelorette. The staff was wonderful (I personally worked with Cortney and Rob) and they made sure that everything went perfectly. They were SO helpful! They have a HUGE list of things to chose from, and it was hard to decide exactly where go, so they gave me honest suggestions (go here and you'll have a great time, or don't go here because...) I was super stressed about the whole event, because none of the guests would RSVP until the last minute, so of course, I was worried that we wouldn't get our reservations because it was so last minute. I even called the club where we were to have dinner and see a show, and was told they were booked. I was heartbroken! The next day I called VIP Bachelorette to confirm the rest of the plans, and spoke to Rob. He told me he was not only able to get us a table for dinner and the show where we wanted, but also at the exact time we wanted! He basically did the impossible! We started at The Kit Kat Club, then went to the Lion's Head and the Apartment, and ended the night at Excalibur. All the venues work directly with VIP Bachelorette, so VIP took care of everything. VIP express entry, no cover, rounds of drinks and shots, bottle of champagne..the whole nine yards! It was so nice to not have to worry about any of that stuff! We really felt like VIPs:) The entire night was perfect and it was all because VIP Bachelorette made it happen. I am the Maid of Honor for a wedding next month and we just had our Bachelorette party this past weekend. I have to say, I am not one for planning events and find it stressful but when I found VIP Bachelorette, it gave me some hope that it might not be as difficult. I was a little skeptical still because usually when something sounds too good to be true it is, but after talking with Claire, I was happy to find out that there were no catches or extra fees to book, just a great deal! We had a package that included a Tapas dinner at Nacional 27, which was amazing, and the two bars we chose were Sound Bar and Spy bar. These locations are within blocks of each other and even better for me, just blocks away from the Bride's parents condo. For $45/person we got an amazing dinner and pitcher of sangria, the first bar gave every guest 3 drinks and a round at the second bar. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The restaurant had a personalized menu with congratulations to the bride from VIP making her feel important, and me look good, from the very start of the night. Walking up to the bars and passing up the lines of people down the block to enter always makes a girl feel important and they actually had a table reserved for us with seating. I received compliments the entire night from everyone on what a great night everyone was having and what a great deal I got. Claire was helpful with all of my questions during the process and even followed up after our night out to make sure everything went well. I will definitely use VIP again in the future, maybe try their VIP Birthday this summer for myself :) The Bride said it was the best night out she has had in years and that's the most important thing! I participated this past weekend in VIP Bachelorette's ultimate party package as a last outing for one of my very good friends. We were all very pleased with the services that were provided for us. They had everything organized and were very on point with the agenda they had planned for us. They had the best clubs and bars picked out for us to ensure our bride would have a great time. We even got to experience the Naughty Little Cabaret at a club named Castle on Dearborn St. I was so surprised that they were able to get us in so quick with no cover charges! We got a free round of shots at each location and had transportation to each place. They even had someone going around taking pictures of each Bachelorette group that was participating to capture these memories for us! There was also a designated spot for the bride and her ladies to take group pictures with or without props. I felt like they really took the time to make sure our bride was going to have a great night. Our VIP Clubbing Representative, Emily, was also very helpful with everything, making herself available for us at any time if we should need anything. She even let me use her phone charger while going from one stop to the next. Another great service that was helpful to us was this card we got. All we had to do was download an app and we had up to $25 of free car ride service so that we were able to make it back to the hotel with no extra cost! I highly recommend that anyone wanting to plan a Bachelorette Party to go through VIP Bachelorette. The bottle service included a huge bottle of Moet Champagne, a fifth of Belvederre vodka, mixers, our own seating and waitress! If you're thinking about working with VIP, just do it, you won't be disappointed. Seriously. Once I decided on a package for my friend's Bachelorette party (so many great ones to choose from!) I called and it only got easier from there. I spoke to Danielle who was not only extremely helpful but she was great about getting me all the info I needed, and was able to respond to me very quickly when I had some follow up questions about hotel discounts. I chose a hotel from some of the ones they work with, and VIP took care of the booking at a great rate too! Couldn't be easier. Most importantly the night of the party was...awesome! No joke. VIP had great contacts at each bar we went to that helped our group get set up with drinks and even a place to sit and chill out. At our first stop we met Angela who introduced us to some of the other staff and brought over some party accessories for the girls to wear. We also met our party host Roberto who was fantastic the rest of the night. He worked with the other bars/venues to get the girls from the shuttle bus straight through the club doors, no line-no wait. Incredibly convenient for the chilly night we had. When we did have to call for help, Angela and Roberto responded right away and were incredibly helpful. The bride and the other girls were so impressed by how seamless the night was, they even started talking about doing something with them again. VIP Bachelorette made my friend's bachelorette really easy for us. Not being from Chicago and never going out in Chicago, we were nervous about the clubs we chose. I did a lot of research before making a decision and asked Josephine (our event coordinator) her opinion. We chose a simple party with the pre-party at Brando's Speakeasy, Detention, Tunnel, and Drop (in that order). We used UBER to get around. Brando's was so much fun, the photographer VIP Bachelorette provided was so amazing! She was super attentive to our group and made the photos really special for us. And we karaoke'd like champs! We got to Detention too early, they did not open until 10, which we did not know about. We went two bars down to Bootleggers for a quick drink and then around the corner to Chipotle since we had been drinking for about 5 hours at that point. Detention is very rave-like, if you're into that type of club, you'll enjoy yourself. We only stayed for about a hour. Tunnel was so much fun! When we walked in the door they escorted us to the bar immediately for shots! The only strike against them was they did not have our booth set-up when we got there and we had to show our itinerary to them, so they could get everything squared away with the manager and that took a while. Once everything was set the booth was in a great spot in the middle of the club, we had a bottle of champagne and they really made sure we were well taken care of. We didn't make it to Drop. I would use VIP again and would recommend them to anyone! read more

I absolutely loved this company and I am going to go with them again for my best friends Bachelorette party as she was recently engaged. I planned my sisters bachelorette party with them on 3/30 and it was SO much fun. I recommend the package included with the show "The Naughty Little Cabaret" we loved out package. Everyone was so nice and our Planner (ROB/ ROBERT) was so helpful and kind and made sure we got everything we wanted in our night out. Also (CLAIRE) , our photographer, was really nice and let us have fun and made us feel comfortable and very important at our photo shoots! Our party got a little out of hand and our Man of Honor (CHARLES) came in and took care of everything, making sure we were on the bus at the right time and making sure we were all having fun without being intrusive. He took care of us and made sure everyone was having a good time. made sure we were safe and back at our hotel safe and sound. I highly recommend this company. I'm putting all my trust into this company for future parties. Not to mention they do bachelor parties as well! From start to Finish they had everything planned perfectly! Everyone at my party will be talking about this forever!! Especially for the price, I feel like we should have payed more for everything that we were included with! We were included with express entry and no charge at each club. The amount of free drinks going around was unbelievable and every place was different. VIP Bachelorette - where do I begin? This company makes it so easy for you and your friends to have an enjoyable and memorable night. You just tell them what you want or are interested in and they make it happen! There are so many options to choose from for parties I actually had a difficult time picking because everything they offer sounded amazing! It was very clear they work with very reputable vendors to ensure the best experience possible. I worked specifically with Val. She was incredibly helpful and patient with me as my girls and I were deciding which party to move forward with for our group. She answered all my emails in a timely manner and if she was off or unavailable, there was always someone at VIP Bachelorette willing to help, answer my questions, and make sure I was assisted. They do everything they can to try to accommodate and find the best fit for your needs - from payment options, booking a party, hotel accommodations, they do it all and make it very easy. We ultimately went with the education workshop for my bachelorette party and it was a ton of fun. The teacher of the workshop was professional, on time, and personable. All my girls truly enjoyed themselves and loved that we picked something unique, different, and most of all fun. Would I recommend VIP Bachelorette to a friend? Absolutely. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at VIP Bachelorette. I was planning my best friends big night out and VIP made everything so easy. I would def recommend making your life a lot easier and using their services. Angela was a great help at suggesting places to go and I really felt like she listened to what I asked for and wasn't pushing any club of the moment on us. I even had to make some adjustements last minute and they were able to get everything we wanted. Even adding Kit Kat at the last minute they were able to get us a table, and Kit Kat is always packed on weekends. We had a party bus for the evening which was a lot of fun and our driver Tom was really great. We went to Pink Monkey and the guys there are amazing!! From there we had to pit stop back at our hotel which Tom was great about and then made our way to Kit Kat. We were late for our time slot at Kit Kat because we stayed at our hotel a little too long when we stopped between places so they had given our table away (mind you we were 30 min late so I understood that). We waited for a bit but decided to head over to Excalibur instead. So again we had a few change ups from the plan of attack for the night but Tom was there whenever we changed our mind or needed to adjust our night. We arrived closer to 1am and we still received our free bottle of bubbly from Excalibur which was great. Danced away the rest of the night at Excalibur. WOW! What a great experience! I worked with the VIP bachelorette company for an event at the end of May. They were easy to work with, communicated responses as quick as possible, and made sure the process went as well as it could. Each time I called, the staff was very friendly in answering any questions I had. We did a package with a 3 hour all you can drink at Sound Bar and also went to Uncle Fatty's Rum Resort. Sound Bar allowed us to use 10 drink tickets in 3 hours (which none of us used all of the tickets) with top shelf alcohol. At Uncle Fatty's, we got a VIP table as a perk just because they had some extras. The staff at VIP contacted me the day before the event to inform me we could have the table. AWESOME! The limo we received was very spacious for our 12 girls and could even hold more. The driver was great and was always on time when we needed him. We even had a VIP party host to help us if anything went wrong. Luckily, we didn't need to call but it was nice to know they were there for us if we needed them. It was well worth the money! Word of advice, the website indicates the bachelorette is "always" free but this is ONLY with the first package out of all the list of options! Overall, with our bachelorette party experience, I know the bride-to-be and group had a great time and we couldn't have done it without VIP. Thank you VIP! read more

I'm not sure where to begin! The entire team at VIP Bachelorette was fantastic! The bachelorette that we planned this for came into town on a very short notice. Cortney was awesome in getting back to me in a very timely fashion with all of the details and options and helped put this party together in about three weeks. Cortney was super patient and had no problem clarifying answers to questions. The day of the party Rob was super high beat and all smiles and made us all feel comfortable. He was there to help every step of the way! Claire was super nice and also extremely up beat! She definitely knew how to keep the party going on the bus, in between locations! Afterwords and the next day, I received high remarks and compliments from all the girls in the group! I couldn't have done it without Cortney & crew! : ) I highly recommend VIP Bachelorette to anyone who wants to have the night of her life! As maid of honor for my best friend's wedding, I was responsible for planning the Bachelorette Party. It was intimidating because I wanted to make it a truly memorable night for a group of girls whom I did not know very well and were from out of town. Danielle and VIP Bachelorette helped make the process seamless; she promptly answered every single one of my million questions, and we had the best night! We chose the Nacional 27 dinner package. Since we had fewer than the minimum number of girls for the party bus, VIP Bachelorette worked with us to arrange a limo for only a slightly higher charge--still a great deal! From the time we were picked up at the hotel until the time we left our last bar, Roni, our limo driver, communicated through text message, and our party host, Roberto, even showed up at our last bar to hang out with us and make sure we were happy. VIP Bachlorette! -Last Feburary I became incharge of planning a bachlorette party for my sister. I knew she wanted to go to Chicago but I had no idea where to go!
