VIP Concrete is fantastic! Not only did they provide a very competitive price, but they responded quickly and were able to schedule my driveway expansion project within a week. Other contractors took more than a week just to send an estimator and provide a quote. The quality of their work was outstanding. Their foreman, Jose, was extremely professional, communicated clearly, and showed up on time. What impressed me most was that his crew went above and beyond by carefully replanting a couple of bushes that were in the way of the concrete work. I fully expected them to be removed and discarded, but they took the extra time and effort to save them. When the job was completed, the worksite was spotless. In fact, it was hard to believe concrete had been poured there earlier that day. The finished driveway looks excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Nevada law states the initial deposit shouldn't exceed 1,000 or 10% of the job cost,(whichever is less). This law was implemented because of so many companies being unethical. I can honestly say Nicole deceitfully took a 1500 deposit from my husband who has a form of dementia. The deposit should have been 300! She unethically took advantage of my husband. Since zero work was done I asked for 1000 of my deposit back. A very generous offer. Leaving her 500 for no work.She said she's keeping entire $1500. I want to warn you of how unethical & overpriced this company is! I attached a pic of the gravel strip she was going to charge us 3000 for before I decided I would never do business with someone this unethical. When we received an email from VIP on April 21 (AFTER paying VIP IN FULL for their work) containing the following statement, it was very apparent this company's management had no interest in solving any remaining issues.. "However, continuing to ignore our communication and publish false and harmful online statements makes it impossible to find a resolution that leaves both sides satisfied" We were midair when they tried to call us and later out of internet range. We did not ignore their efforts to contact us. I could not answer their phone calls. But they continued to send harassing messages and emails, apparently upset by our review, so on advice of counsel, we blocked their email and phone number requesting them not to contact us. They have been paid in full. Further interaction was not necessary However, instead of moving on, they have displayed classic schizophrenic behavior, reversing their previous statement and now wanting to correct any remaining problems, using YELP to contact us again, addressing me by my name! It is positively creepy! They have also displayed typical Millennial behavior, incapable of taking criticism, accepting responsibility for their actions, not understanding that accidents occur BECAUSE of negligence and blaming everyone else for problems of their own making, except themselves. VIP....You have been paid IN FULL. We have addressed all the unfinished and outstanding issues ourselves and do not require your assistance. We've used this service twice. The first time, I was very happy and felt he was very professional. I was happy enough to pay a tip on top of what was owed and felt very comfortable using his service again and even recommending him to my friends. The second time, I used their service to put a play set together. I shared in my initial inquiry that it would be delivered "partially assembled" and provided a picture of what it looks like fully assembled. He asked no additional questions about the job. On delivery day, after four hours of "work", it is in my back yard unassembled. I was billed for four hours of work, though he was actually not at my home for much of that time. He left my home around 845 PM, requested payment at 9:59 PM, and was at my door with his wife screaming and scaring my children a few minutes later, accusing me of refusing to pay. I had not refused to pay, but did question the bill for four hours... when he had to leave for several hours due to being unprepared for the job. I'm still unclear on what he was doing during that time and I was told by his wife that he didn't have to answer that. Strange that I'm not allowed to question what I'm being billed for. I would have had no issues if communication was clear and if I felt like I was being billed for time spent on the actual job. Unfortunately, his wife insisted I wasn't privy to how that time was spent. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone, ever. Cannot believe that his wife came to my home and behaved that way in front of my neighbors and children. Disgusting. read more

I hired VIP Concrete to do 2 projects for me. Both have exceeded my expectations I bought a home in a 55+ neighborhood. I had peeling paint on my concrete. With VIP's help they discovered 4 different layers of paint to remove. Oh my. But they gave what I feel was a very reasonable bid & proceeded with the job. Well guess what, some of those layers of paint did not want to be removed. Wowzer. I am positive my job took way longer than it was supposed to. But VIP just kept at it till the job was done. My concrete looks amazing & they did not change their bid. 100% first class professionals. Thank you VIP. They also filled in a large round hole I had & fixed a very large crack that was crumbling to pieces. They cut the crack out & added rebar to increase strength. It looks amazing.
