GC Pro Remodeling is the absolute best general contractor we have ever worked with--EVER! A washing machine repairman flooded our house, damaging both the upper and lower floors. My s/o and I were extremely nervous about finding the right contractor to repair the damages, because of a terrible experience we had last year when we had a small leak in an upstairs toilet. The contractor that we hired for that job (Alder) was awful. It took them three months to fix a minor issue, their subcontractors were consistently lat or didn't show up up at all. They caused more damage to our home by dinging walls, breaking things, and cutting electrical lines that blacked out the first floor of our home. It was a nightmare. We don't know many people in Vegas, so we took a chance and called GC Pro. I can't tell you how lucky we were to find them! We called GC Pro and Solomon came out the very next day to meet with us. He assured us that his company could easily handle our renovations without any issues. Solomon is a master at working with insurance companies. He fought for us and made sure that our insurance comoany covered all of the damages. Since our home was already being renovated, we asked Somomon if he could expand our kitchen by adding extra cabinets, a new backsplash, new countertops, and tile. We also wanted all-new carpet upstairs and a fresh coat of paint throughout the entire inside of our home. Solomon pulled out his phone and showed us work from various commercial job sites that hes working on and everything looked high-quality and super professional. That's when I knew GC Pro was the right choice. The day after we signed the paperwork, Solomon introduced us to his project manager, Alon. Alon is extremely detail oriented. He kept the the projectect moving and made sure that the sub-contractors were thorough and did a perfect job. What suprised me most about GC Pro was the level of customer service! If I texted either Solomonnor Alon with a question, they wouldn't just text back within seconds--they picked up the phone and called me back immediately to have a conversation. Looking for construction companies on Yelp, GC Pro Renovation was one of the companies that populate on Yelp's listing! After looking at all of the positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. Their phone number was listed on the Yelp page. A team member immediately picked up! I had informed him that we were looking for a company to perform a loft conversion to a bedroom. He said he could schedule a time to stop by the following week on a Monday to take a look at the project. He arrived on time during our scheduled appointment. This is a family owned business. He had took all of the measurements and had informed my husband and I that he would provide a estimate the next day via e-mail. We had two great experiences with Gc Pro Renovation! They are fantastic! The first experience was due to a flood in the kitchen just before we closed escrow on an older home that needed some love and care. Salomon Aini and his crew rebuilt the old kitchen in a modern design with stunning white quartz countertops and backsplashes and new cabinetry. They worked with an insurance company to complete the job. Salomon and his project manager, Alon Brimat, partnered with a designer to create the new kitchen and it is beautiful! We had another flood, several months later, after closing escrow. This time, water damaged most of the house, destroying everything in its path, including red oak and marble flooring, carpeting, baseboards, walls, furniture and personal items. It was terrible. But we had such a positive experience with Gc Pro Renovation with the earlier flood reconstruction, that we called Salomon again. We had to get more than one bid as requested by the insurance company and Salomon's bid was fair. It was not the lowest. We carefully compared all the bids. We've learned from experience that we get what we pay for if we only use a low budget estimate as our guide. We are thrilled with the work by Salomon, Alon and all the subcontractors. The GC Pro office colleague, Kelly Jones, also helped us to find products that were within our insurance budget. Gc Pro Renovation was on budget and finished six weeks ahead of schedule. They were always on time, arriving early and staying late, and frequently worked on Saturdays and Sundays, even on Thanksgiving! They were clean. They hired a construction cleaning crew twice during the work, which was extensive. Salomon spent two entire days with us, traveling to different suppliers to look for materials that were high quality and still within our insurance budget. Salomon and Alon were immensely patient with us as we moved through this three month rebuild. They addressed every concern and wanted to make sure we were happy with their work. #1, A+, THE BEST IN TOWN! We were looking to renovate our family room/kitchen backyard wall. We had a sliding door which we closed and created a breakfast nook. We then opened up a double slider where we had windows. Salomon and GC Pro were without a doubt our best choice! We interviewed three contractors and received bids from all. Salomon was extremely patient explaining the process, he emphasized the importance of going to an engineer because we have a two-story home and he wanted it to be structurally sound. (Salomon was the only contractor who spoke to us about structural integrity) Once we decided to go with GC Pro the process was seamless, which I know sounds crazy. We ended up being ahead of schedule with Salomon calling us at least at the end of every day or the beginning of the next day. He continued to emphasize that he wanted us to be happy and what else can he and his team do? The quality of the work is above any work we've done, right down to the details. When the work began he personally introduced the project manager, his name is Alon. Alon was just as customer service orientated as Salomon. I do not get it....We wanted to make some renovations starting with our Master-Bathroom & Solomon came out and he was a little early (which is a good thing) but, after that it was all down-hill. The first thing he said when he entered the house was that if the job is to small and not very profitable he is leaving. "Damn"...after minimal discussion and without any calculations, he quoted us ($25k) which did not include any primary materials. "Damn"..He didn't even have a business card (for $25k we should at least get a business card) The bottom-line, including materials we got it done for a lot less. I asked for a quote for a small roof fix from a few companies. GC Pro was the first to respond. The other companies I asked did not care to work with me unless they could charge a lot more for the job. And by a lot, I mean a good $500 more than what it cost because otherwise they didn't care to do it. I appreciate GC Pro's quick response, fair and reasonable quote, and how quickly they showed up to my house and finished the job. They were efficient, friendly, and respectful of the property, which was very important to us due to bad experiences in the past with other roofing companies. Without even coming to see my garage, Salomon wanted $2,000 for an engineer to assess what would be needed to complete the widening of my garage opening to then, give me an estimate for the work. If I would then accept, Salomon would do the work, if I did not accept, the $2,000 for the engineer were lost. I did not get this process and fees to estimate a work from any of the other licensed contractors with 5 stars in the area of Las Vegas... not very logical this approach. I originally contracted Salomon and his team to remove a fireplace and old entertainment unit from the family room in a house I had recently purchased.
