I left a message online to ask about availability of a dining set I liked, and they got right back to me as soon as the store opened the next morning. Very helpful associate (Brandon) in the showroom, I described to him what I was looking for and he showed me great options. Very high quality and excellent pricing. And delivery was quick! When my dining room table was delivered, it was a little wobbly (turns out the floors in my townhouse are not level!) . The installers came right back with their toolset and took care of everything to my satisfaction. From now on when I need furniture I will go to Markson's first!

ReHouse takes that problem as well as the ethical repurposing of other houses to use. Whether you need an old sink or some doorhandles, ReHouse has you covered. I've even seen things as large as staircases that were rescued from a demolition just waiting to be brought into a new home. You wouldn't know it from the front but behind the store is a generous parking lot ready for you to fill your car up with new salvage to bring home.

As I understand it, it resells items people bought but for some reason or other didn't work out. As such, the stock changes fairly often and the prices are a bit reduced, but for practically new, unused things. You can also check their online catalog in-store if you don't find anything you like on the floor. I had a great experience shopping in-store. I was left alone to sit on the pieces I wanted to try for as long as I liked, because I was shopping for comfort, and when I made my purchase, I also got delivery for a small additional charge, which included the guys bringing my furniture to my walkup. Delivery was the next weekend, and they called ahead so I was ready for them, and it was very quick! The furniture came plastic wrapped so it didn't get scratched or banged up or the pillow lost. If you're looking for a couch or table set or bed, I'd recommend Unclaimed Freight.

First they damaged my garage door by putting a big dent in and damaged walls and flooring in my home as they were delivering furniture. Some pieces were damaged and had to wait a very long time for the store to even look at it. Had an issue with my brand new bedroom set from Roc City Furniture. Jon came out and tried to fix the draw and broke a piece under the bed right in front of me. He said he would replace the piece and fix and hasn't. I've been ignored through numerous calls and texts for the past 4 months. They were also supposed to replace my daughters dresser that had a defect and that was never taken care of. I never was given a copy of my warranty. I've been asking for 9 months for a copy and still nothing. This is beyond acceptable that I can't get a return phone call from Jon the manager. I would think twice before buying furniture there. The customer service is horrible after you buy with them.

We are very unhappy with the situation and had much higher hopes.
