The lady who helped me seemed confused at my request at first, but after going to the back for a while, she understood my request and helped me out with the rest of the steps and I was able to successfully drop off my backpack. Otherwise, the store looked nice, clean, and quiet!

I'm finally getting around to writing this review, but I went there 10/28/24 and bought a Muttmover Luxe bag that was on final sale. Having also owned another Muttmover bag that has held up, I had confidence this one would as well... I was wrong. In about a month, with very little use, the mesh screen had ripped. No worries I thought. They have a limited lifetime warranty! So I went back to the store 1/1/25 and a less than friendly associate took my info for shipping to their repair team. Oh well, at least they helped me with a free repair, right? Wrong again. The care team claimed it was wear and tear or excessive abuse caused by my dog... This is a dog backpack! If it can't stand up to a roughly 7lb Yorkie, then what good is it?! The only option was to pay a repair fee almost equal to what I had paid for the backpack. I refused to do so because Timbuk2 clearly refused to stand by their product. It's unfortunate that this has soured me on Timbuk2. The previous version of this Muttmover was fantastic, and is clearly superior in quality. But they've lost me as a customer since they couldn't repair my bag under warranty. My dog has since crossed the rainbow bridge... It's too bad he couldn't enjoy the bag more while he was still around.

The first person I talked to here was a guy called Nirav, another called Major. Both were busy, so they transferred my call over to Ruby - and here's why I say there are no accidents in life!! She is god sent and has been the one I've turned to during the darkest hours of my life!!!! Ruby is one person who understand the urgency in the voice of the caller. She has a lot of patience and not once have I heard her get angry or irritable, even though I rushed her many a time. I'd call her for International tickets, without much notice, and promptly she'd book me on flights. Lately, she has been a part of my family in so many ways - during the hospitalization of a parent, the demise of a parent, another emergency hospitalization, and all other possible life's emergencies!!!! Even a call from across the world, she makes it her business to deliver results!!! RUBY is: Respectful, Uber efficient, Bubbling with an attitude to help and truly be there while you travel. "Socks too Cheap to Shoplift?"…read more Yes, it's true. The socks are such a good deal, no one will be tempted to shoplift them--it's just not worth it. Today, I wandered around, checking out the men's clothing and shoes. The clothing is laid out in an orderly fashion, but many of the shelves are a mess. On several aisles, equipment was scattered on the floor. The one great deal that stands out is socks. That's right, socks. They had an excellent selection of quarter height sporting socks, that are great for biking. The quality was excellent, and I was tempted to buy a package, but I already had enough at home. On prior visits, I purchase some name-brand sport socks, which proved to be outstanding. I also looked at shirts, pants, and shoes. I was not tempted on any of these other items. Most seem to be of cheap design, or in funny colors that did not interest me. But perhaps other shoppers will find chartreuse green or orange appealing. There were a fair number of customers in the store, and there were three checkout stands open. It seemed to run efficiently. I did not see any customers jumping up and down, throwing shoes, or throwing tantrums, so I think the service was okay. While I was browsing, the alarm near the main entrance kept going off. You know, the alarm that tells everyone that you're going out the front door with some unpaid merchandise. I did not see any detectives chasing anyone, so I wasn't sure why the alarm kept sounding. Does this store have an abundance of shoplifters or are the cashiers simply forgetting to remove the merchandise tags? Oh well, I guess I'll never know. Wait--Upon reflection, I think I have an idea. I bet those alarms are *preventative.* That is, they are programmed to go off occasionally just to scare you--in case you're thinking of shoplifting. Seems like a pretty good idea to me, and I suppose you could get used to all the alarms going off.

But my last visit completely made me question my support for this place. Each time I've visited this location, the fitting rooms were DIRTY, dusty, you can tell it doesn't get mopped or cleaned-- stepping on the ground directly is a negative, overall makes the shopping experience unpleasant. Today, was the worst visit though. The WOMEN'S RESTROOM was horrid! 3 stalls, 2 of which had urine on the seats, handicap stall wasn't as horrid but zero supplies! None of the stalls had toilet paper...NONE, no seat covers. This is so unacceptable for mothers with little ones, for those who may have medical needs, for new customers (first impression is not a thing?), and for ALL your customers?!?! Paper towel to dry hands with was just set on the counter with wet spots. How would anyone feel clean drying off with that? Extremely disappointing, walked out the ladies room feeling absolutely disgusting. Fitting rooms and restrooms are deal breakers.
