The young pretty black lady, was super helpful and helped figure out my options - pebble vs paper, medium with short handles vs long handles. I didn't know that they offered repairs too which I learned when she told me. Very helpful sales staff, great selection of items, and attractive pricing! I enjoyed chatting with one of the sales associates about what I was looking for in a bag to gift to some of the females in my family. Although there wasn't a good match I was able to get the sales associates' number and will wait to hear from them if there is anything that may be close to what I'm looking for. Longchamp in general is just such a good brand with their clean and simple designs at a very attractive price point. Quality/Quantity - Came here to get my daughter's belt adjusted. Atmosphere - Small location. Neat and organized. Small sitting area in the back. Service - 5 stars, amazingly patient and a perfectionist. She went back and forth adjusting the belt until it was perfect. We were here for what felt like an hour, as in a positive hour. The only thing that would have made this better was to sip some champagne while waiting, LOL. Price - Free adjustment; can't remember what I paid for her belt. The lady name 'Dominique' fucking worst staff working there, she said I can't return it because item used it's not allow for returning. OMG! I just bought those 3 weeks ago and my mom just don't like the color that why I came to return she choose only 2 bags from 4 and she said if I want to return I need to come back again when the manager here, but she doesn't as well when the manager gonna here just said later today. She gave all bad attitude and look at me up and down, what is that mean? I feel she disterminated and racism for being Asian. She was unwelcome to customers and not friendly. Though located at the outlets, this Longchamp location isn't outlet-priced and they carry their popular bag styles and colors. I visited on a Saturday morning, close to opening time, and received great service from beginning to end. If you are looking for the trending Le Pliage Mini Pouch, they have a pretty good stock as of 11/2/2024, in your solids/neutrals. The sales associate even advised purchasing a strap conversion kit from Amazon to turn this into a mini bag. Love that she mentioned this rather than trying to push a different model bag that includes the strap! Pricing of the mini pouch is the same MSRP of $100. They also mentioned that should the nylon rip, they do offer the first repair free. This is a good location to drop by if you're looking for decent stock of trending styles - I found a dark brown shade of the mini pouch that I couldn't source online. I also heard that there are additional discounts on their standard totes, so drop by if you're looking for a decent work/school bag! read more

Special shout out to Rose who was absolutely lovely when I went in on Black Friday Sunday. After a short trip back from Europe, i wanted to stop in my local Longchamp store to compare prices. The outlet was packed with ppl that day but Longchamp wasnt too busy. The store is organized and visually colorful as usual. I perused and Rose just happened to walk up in front of me so I asked away. She was very chill and patient, I didnt feel rushed nor was I pushed into buying but I did end up with a purchase because the deal was too good to pass up. I been searching for this bag for awhile and I finally see it at this store. But they were being purchased. I was so bummed that I finally found them and I was 5 minutes too late! Well almost A YEAR LATER they get the bag in and I get a text from Sophia letting me know it came in and it's free OVERNIGHT shipping. I somehow missed the text though! I responded 2 weeks later and her manager Max responded for her right away and I got the bag! But wow! I only interacted with Sophia once for about 3 minutes A YEAR AGO and she remembered me! Since the SF store moved to Valley Fair, the outlet has been my go-to place for great pieces, and at a fraction of the full retail price, around 20-40% off! Since it is a bit of a trek for me to get there, I often just work with my favorite salesperson, Eunjoo, over the phone/text. She's the best! Everything from showing me the exact shade of a bag's color to figuring out a solution for broken bag strap (she found a new replacement for this bag, which I bought in 2012!). I didn't realize that they opened a Longchamp in this outlet! I went to Bloomie's to look for a small Le pliage and was so bummed that they didn't have much available. There was one lol. I've been looking for the perfect purse for my mom and I knew I had to hunt one down for her birthday. Luckily for me, I was shopping with a friend and she spotted the store. I don't know how long this location has been open, but everything still looks fairly new. Before you shop here, please be aware that everything is FINAL SALE. Make sure that you're absolutely decided on something before you buy it. No returns or exchanges. Now, I would've given this location a terrible review because our initial visit was pretty bad. My friend and I were holding drinks, that had lids. We were quickly approached by a younger woman who promptly told us that they don't allow drinks in stores. She wasn't apologetic or even remotely kind in her delivery of the statement. We turned around to walk straight out and I was severely debating if I even wanted to return. After walking into many other stores, drinks in hand, we stopped by again before leaving so that I could buy my mom her gift. When we entered, we were warmly greeted by an older sales woman. She gave us our space but let us know she was nearby if we needed help. She answered all of our questions regarding the Le pliage (foldable tote with zipper closure) since the rainbow wall of sizes and colors was a bit overwhelming. We settled on a color and size, made payment, and were warmly sent off. Now, you don't save that much off retail when you buy from their outlet (if you want a pliage), but they do carry previous seasons' colors. I may come back to get myself a large, pink pliage or another color for my mom. The receipt says that Chang-Huey was the person who helped me. So if you go, ask for her! read more

This review is for management - Black Friday 2022 @ 9:15AM - older lady with black hair at register was extremely rude. I felt like I was at the flea market being pressured and rushed to make a purchase when no one was behind me. I found a better deal online at the register and told her about it, of course not expecting her to price match or anything but meant to apologize for her troubles and cancel the transaction before I made my payment. But she rolled her eyes at me, scoffed, and made snide remarks at my decision. I apologized for her trouble regardless, and walked away, then when the blonde girl at the door asked the lady why I didn't purchase, she said "apparently she found a better deal" then one of them said "pfft yeah right! Haha" and I turned around to confront them and showed the blonde girl the deal, and the lady the register had the nerve to shit talk about me to the next customer. HOW IS THAT OK?! Is this how the company wants to be represented by snooty rude customer service? I've never been treated this way. Regardless of how stressful this day may be, and I'm not expecting people to be cheerful but to straight up talk shit directly and indirectly to a customer when they're trying to be nice was uncalled for. Not worth the trip. There isn't much of a discount. Purchased an expandable le pliage for $200, regular price would have been $255. So far a 20% discount, you will end up with a bag in a color that was probably not your first choice. Everything is FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds. Went to nordstrom in San Francisco the next day and scored a black longchamp crossbody for $148, the same one in hot pink at this outlet was listed for $225. Find like that in nordstrom was lucky but, if you're truly looking for a bargain, you won't find it here. General comment, not a lot of their bags are still made in France. This is an outdoor outlet. I live 30 mins away and stop by frequently. Lots of people take their dogs here. Today we brought our 2 puppies, one little small breed, one puppy frenchie. I never had issues in any stores. I know they not allowed in food court, there is sign. So we walk in to Longchamp, the sales assosiate stops us right away, are they service dogs?! I said no. He coldly said they cant come in... well, we turned around and left. I am disappointed in company and their rudeness. By law, they not allowed to ask are they service dogs. We shopped 4 hrs today. This was only shop did that. None others had issues at all. Sales associate has so much attitude when they deliver the message. If u dont allow dogs, put a damn sign! read more

You aren't allowed to take pictures in the store and the sales associate will tell you very rudely... but once you look like you're about to buy a few bags, their attitude sure does change. For those that don't know, all sales are final. The cashier will tell you AFTER she rings you up and your transaction has been completed... "all our items are for final sale, is that okay?"... like Seriously? What would you have done if I had said no? That is something you should tell your customers beforehand. read more

I had a very pleasant experience at the Longchamp outlet - I was indecisive and kept going back and forth between items, asking the poor sales associate to let me look at more items, but she was so friendly and helpful. As much as I constantly apologized, she said she didn't mind. I let her know I was looking for a gift, what my top price point was, and that certain things just wouldn't work for her tastes or needs. She was happy to work with me, and I'm very happy with the item I chose. I think Longchamp is a good choice for those who don't want to make that next leap in price to Prada, Gucci, etc., but want something that doesn't immediately scream "Suburban Mall Aspiration Brand" like Kate Spade, Michael Kors, or Coach. I was shopping with a few friends and we decided to go into Longchamp to see what the outlet pricing was like. A sales associate immediately greeted us, we didn't get her name but on the receipt it was stated our sales associate was Jennifer. I have a few Le Pliage totes and I knew my friend was interested so we went to the wall where they were displayed. We spent quite a bit of time looking at the variation in sizes & colors and the sale associate was more than happy to assist us in taking down different bags for us to look at. She explained that they do have a lot of the same colors they current carry in their boutiques and other retailers but it depends what they get every quarter so the inventory changes quite often and sometimes you're looking at unique items that did not sell in that season. In the end I was happy with a medium Le Pliage short handle tote in New Khaki and my friend purchased a pair of shoes & a small Le Pliage short handle tote in Beige. The pricing of my Le Pliage was $92, which was a 20% discount from the original price of $115; not a heavily discounted item but cheaper than the one I purchased from the Off Fifth Saks Outlet and Nordstrom. My sales associate did let me know before completing the transaction so that I was fully aware of their outlet refund/exchange policy was for full price items and all other items were final sale. They also had the policy printed at the cash register so do keep an eye out for that. Overall we had a positive shopping trip at Longchamp, the sales associate gave us excellent customer service with being patient when we were making our choices to purchase, making us laugh & enjoy the experience in the boutique and ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. read more
