Just moving from SEA a few months ago, I'm glad I've found this place that actually sticks with their word. After calling another place that said they were too busy and I had to wait a few days, I tried heading here. There was a team already out waiting for cars to pull in. I think I had the manager, let's call him Mr. Mustache, who immediately knew I was here for this service, and didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of unnecessary things. As he was changing my oil, I got the door hinges sprayed and tires checked for air. I have tires from discount tires so I get air checked there, but it's nice that this place was thorough, and again, very quick. Mr. Mustache was very nice, and even showed me that he topped it off, something that I'm not used to being shown.. He said at the end that he appreciated me, and I appreciate that he appreciated me. I'm used to going to Midas and jiffy lube where t costed even more for a simple oil change, and all they did was that. This place blows those places out of the water! And the price was reasonable with their service. Those spots usually have a team too, but way too slow compared to here. Def will be my usual place now. He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop.
