They were completely honest. They did the work exactly as I requested with no additional costs. Turn-around time was same-day fast. Brakes and More doesn't have a fancy building or customer lounge. Most of the time shops reject servicing a Diesel truck but the shop had no problems helping fix the issues. I upgraded to Warn locking hubs and I had a bearing failure. The shop sourced the bearing and race for the hub with no problems. They also let me know the Ball Joints were worn and could use a new set. Once they had the front apart I had them service the front brakes as well as the Ball Joints. I felt the shop was more than professional in the service and pricing on parts to bring the truck back to 100% safety for my trip back home in St Louis, MO. I have a 550 mile drive back. I'm very glad to have used this shop.

I asked them to perform an alignment on my Mazda this week after I replaced the suspension components myself a couple months ago. In doing so I had screwed up the alignment enough that I thought it would spin out without warning! They were a bit reluctant obviously because I had done the work (and I was reluctant to ask them) but they were able to find and correct the error to make my car drive straight and true again. Once they were able to get around to my car, they did an inspection and found a washer that I'd installed in the wrong place! :-D They were then able to realign the wheels relatively quickly and easily. And the cost was slightly less than other places I'd surveyed. (I was worried they might lose money on this job.) I no longer fear my car will spin out from misalignment. And now I can get new tires without worrying about chewing them up! They gave me the before-and-after numbers, so if the tire place tries to say I need an alignment, I can just wave that at them. :-D Really hope I get to work with Kerner's in the future. There's a reason why I still come here for all my automotive needs and it can be summed up in one word: INTEGRITY. The Utica location is the absolute best one of them all in SE Michigan in my opinion. The staff is professional and courteous and they continue their MO of only providing the services you want and need without "finding" any issues with your vehicle. The staff is honest and the mechanics perform excellent service. I've had several services performed on my 25 year old car and it still runs smoothly. I've tried other locations in the past and the service just isn't the same. For the past few years, I've been devoted to this one in Utica. To the staff and service team Wear Master Utica: great job and keep up the excellent work!
