The day of our event, I was notified of the ETA of the bathrooms and they were delivered in the morning for our evening event. All our guests really liked the bathrooms, particularly because they had AC and music. I liked how this particular model was spacious. The other guests and I had to step in waste in order to relieve ourselves. We couldn't go into the house due to construction, hence why they rented these restrooms in the first place. Things happen sometimes that are out of our control, but the lack of accountability and customer service my cousin experienced with this business is extremely disappointing and disrespectful to be quite honest.
