Not sure if he was having a bad day but, he did not hold polite conversation. Justin did not clean under my toes or clip my cuticles. His first reason was because it's just a "basic pedicure". When I said even a basic pedicure should look neat he blamed me having a take a work phone call. He continued giving me attitude about his poor work and said he was going to get his manager. The manager quickly got someone adequate to finish the job. Very disappointed that I have to find a new pedicure spot. The manager herself didn't even apologize for her employees bad attitude.

The decor is so chic and modern; all of the furniture is cozy too. The entire salon is very warm and inviting. There's plenty of parking and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and soda when you visit. As for the service: impeccable. Crissey has been cutting and styling my hair since I was a little girl. She does a phenomenal job and always gives me her honest opinion whenever I want to try a new style or color. The prices at Texxture a Salon are comparable to other salons in the area and better than most of the Sylvania-based salons. The products they use are top-of-the-line and I always leave the salon feeling and looking amazing. So if you're looking for a new salon or a new stylist, give Texxture a Salon a try!
