Found this place on Craigslist n was VERY skeptical n cautious about it, so I did some research n saw they were legit. found this company through craigslist of all places while looking for cheap tickets to see Ed Sheeran at the Hollywood Bowl.. Called them up and their prices were about the same as everyone else BUT the person i spoke to said they price match if I were to find cheaper tickets on another site.. Well I spent about 5 minutes and found cheaper tickets (which likely had processing fees), they price matched and didn't charge fees on top of the ticket price. No issues getting into the venue and had a great time. definitely will use this company in the future. read more

I live in Idaho and saw this website on craigslist. I was skeptical but checked out reviews and it seemed legit. I called them and discussed a couple of times about the tickets that I wanted. never buy a ticket from this company or people! i purchase two tickets for a boxing event cost of $56.00 per seat however when i printed my tickets said $26.00 tickets i sent email to this comp. about my concern no response i called and got the run around how they are a retail business typical bad sales excuses frankly it was like talking to a really bad used car sales man.. only interested on getting reed of you. the thing is this tickets are not sold out and not hard to get... i told her i could buy this tickets at the stadium for regular price... and she pretty much said thats your fault! i try to give my money to local businesses always when i can i knew i would pay a convenience fee... but never double when this tickets are not sold out or anything close to it. i have friends and employees that always looking to go places and they purchase tickets i will share my story with them and hope this helps somebody to not buy tickets from this place... i am still going to this event but with a bittersweet taste knowing i got punk like we say.. i only make a mistake once not ever ever buying from i need tickets comp. again frankly they should change there name to i need money!! thank you. read more
