I leave my bag on the front porch and they'll get it for me and put in trunk. When I had to use a walker they helped me get into the car and then they put it in trunk, and reverse when we arrived. Cabs always extremely clean. I highly recommend. Do not be fooled by other companies calling themselves Yellow Cab or other similar names. It's confusing! I always go by the phone number. They've been around 40+ years. FYI, YELP, some of these reviews are VERY old and credit card issues people are complaining about are no longer an issue. How long before an arrival...she hesitated and just said someone would call when enroute to me....OK... So immediately l jumped in the shower, knowing l had at least 15 minutes... Well, about 10 minutes later as l was drying off, the driver stated he was at my address....l informed him l needed 5 minutes and he said ok.... I appreciated the quick service, but calling enroute means enroute, NOT having the driver call you while at your door. If the dispatcher had said he would arrive in 10 minutes or whenever, l can live with that... The only positive thing was, the cab was clean and very roomy, and the fare was ok and the same as when l needed a cab about 5 years ago to the same location. Uber has cancelled on me many times--absolutely worthless. Red Top was there in about half an hour and got me to work on time. They also let me schedule a return ride while I was on the phone with them. The return ride showed up on time. No complaints.
