They explained everything regarding the ryker and how to operate it. They made sure we understood how to operate the ryker and made suggestions for local places to visit. My only issue is that they promised us a birthday discount and we didn't receive it. My advice while riding the ryker is to make sure your cellphone is secure in between the prongs, if you plan to ride and listen to music. My friend lost her phone on the strip due to the street being bumpy, but luckily after turning the rykers in, we were able to go back to the strip and find the phone, which had been run over but her protective case saved her phone!

The next day I called TJ to see if cleaning crew had located the phone. It was Sunday so I had to call them Monday. Camille assured me they would look for the phone and call me as soon as located. After three calls and another tour, the bus company told me list items are not their responsibility. I gave up until Saturday 5/21 when I opened the find my iPhone app and saw it was in Vegas. I drove to the location and asked the person for the phone. He said it was found in a cabinet on the bus. He wouldn't give it to me. I told him I would call 911 if he didn't give it to me. Long story short. I called the company today to let them know that their cleaning staff had taken my phone home. Camille started accusing me of yelling at her husband. That it was her home and they were doing me a favor bringing it home. She and a co- worker started ranting and raising their voices at me. I asked them several times to lower their voices and talk normally. I said to look at it from my standpoint not knowing that was her husband. She's doing her co-worker were rude to me right up to the last time I asked them to stop yelling at me and they hung up on me! This is how they deal with customer service. I called back and they put me through to the manager. He defended them. I'm going to tell the school to consider a different bus company. It seems the monopoly Triple J has enjoyed with the school district has determined that they're always right NOT the customer!!!

His driving was safe and efficient. Jay was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm an older woman, and forgot my walking sticks. Jay helped me to balance in some of the trickier areas of the pathways we hiked. He also helped me with determining the best foot placement along the pathways. He was very service minded, kind and reassuring. He did not push us to try things we didn't think we should do, but he offered many options for varying levels of difficulty with terrific views as a reward for persevering. Jay brought water for our trip, and made several stops for bathroom breaks, etc. He pointed out so many interesting details that we would have missed, and took us to the most amazing sights. He took many photos of us, so we have mementos of us in the places, rather than just photos of scenery. The wine tasting was fun, and the woman was good at her job, so my wine hating husband actually ordered three bottles :D If you don't prefer to eat the subway sandwiches that are part of the trip, you can always order food at the winery. We opted for the subway sandwiches. The place was very clean, the sandwiches were properly prepared & good. The employees were very sweet as well. It was one of the best subway restaurants we've been to. Unfortunately, clouds moved in late in the day and obscured the stars, but that is something that cannot be controlled. By that time we had hiked and toured so much we were ready to leave, & weren't distressed by the early ending. Our vehicle was comfortable, in perfect working condition, and felt safe. It added a level of safety to be with someone who was expected back at a certain time & was following a determined path, so if we were somehow stranded we knew help would be on the way. He also had alternative means of communication for when we were out of cellular range. All that plus his detailed knowledge of the area made for a worry free tour. We had an interesting, fun day & my husband and I were thrilled with iTravelUSA's Death Valley Wine tasting/stargazing tour. We very much liked Jay and appreciate his time, patience, kindness and expertise. He's a very nice man, and a very good conversationalist.

Craig, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable and passionate about both craft beer and Las Vegas. Tourists will definitely learn a lot about our city and its craft beer scene, but as a local, I even learned a few things! The breweries on the tour are some of the best in Vegas and offer some of their best beers on the flights. Bonus, each brewery is not too far from each other, so there's not too much walking happening at any one time. Plus you get an up close look at the Arts District murals. We were in a group with people we didn't know, and Craig did a great job of integrating everyone and helping us get to know one another. By the end of the tour it was like we were drinking with good friends!
