Our guide was Luis, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable - he really attributed to a wonderful experience. We were accompanied by 8 other people that we didn't know, all of whom were very nice. After an early morning pickup at our hotel in Luis' van, we went to three other hotels to pick up the other people for the tour. First stop was the Fabulous Las Vegas sign for photos, and then a group breakfast at McDonalds. We then went on a very picturesque drive out to the Hoover Dam, and we spent over an hour there, enjoying the sights and learning about the structure and its construction. Lastly, we drove out to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the glass bottomed Skywalk, and then took more photos around Eagle Point. There was plenty of time to check out the gift shops. We saw some replica Native American structures, and enjoyed watching some dancing. We then drove to Guano Point for a picnic lunch, a hike, and plenty more photos. Before the drive back to Vegas, our guide stopped by the Joshua Tree forest, and we snapped a few photos. It was such a wonderful day! FIVE STARS.

Thank you Introduce and Aimee Vargas for always teaming up with great partners!…read more I enjoyed the Bright Lights City Tour with Pink Jeep and had a wonderful time. From the pick up to drop off. Nikki was our guide and she was so knowledgeable about the city and fun facts about old and new Vegas! We stopped at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign for pictures and went on our strip tour all the way to downtown, Fremont Street. We then had the opportunity to enjoy the High Roller which was so unique! We got to see the blood moon from 550ft above ground, the Bellagio Fountains which had the USA colors in preparation for the 4th of July! We got to see the sphere and so many glittering lights. Water was provided. Minimum walking so great for guests that don't want to walk a lot and still enjoy the scenery! Would highly recommend it! Great price as well.

The tour itself was very fun with a great mix of a normal tour, seeing some canyons, petroglyphs, and pictographs, as well as the off-road portion. More bumps were asked of Faith, and she delivered! The off-road portion of the tour was super bumpy and shaky just how we liked it, and it ended with the most gorgeous view. What a fun and fantastic tour, and if you get Faith, you're in for a treat! A must-try of the Pink Jeep tours.

Our driver Donald was very friendly, and he drove the bus so smoothly, stayed alert, and is definitely a professional. (I know good drivers, I'm in logistics) I felt safe the whole way. Our tour guide Curty, was polite, informative and made sure everything ran smoothly. It could just be me, but his voice reminds me of Raymond Redington (I've recently been watching Blacklist a lot) which is another added bonus. Anyways, he gave the right amount of commentary and spoke clearly. Stops were well space for stretching, snacks and restrooms. There was also a stop at Seligman where the inspiration for Disney Pixar Cars came about. The Grand Canyon itself is breathtaking. We skipped the guided portion and walked the rim trail from Mather Point to Bright Angel, but if you're someone who tends to lose track of time, gets easily distracted, gets lost, or struggles with planning, you're probably better off going with the the guided tour. Don't get too close to the edge!

I emailed them a little after the 15 business days. They responded that with the slowdown in tourism, they were behind on refunds. I contacted them a month later and received a similar response. I contacted them in June, but they still couldn't give me a refund date. I ended up disputing it with my credit card. It should not take four months to receive a refund. We were so excited for this tour and were so bummed they canceled. They canceled so late in the game that we didn't have time to book another tour.

We went to the Wild, Weird, & Wonderful Vegas tours last Friday morning…read more The mini tour bus picked us up at Resorts World. They even had snacks and drinks included on the tour, which was great because it was like 109°F that day. Even though we've lived in Vegas since 2010 and go to all sorts of things here, we definitely learnt some new information about Vegas on this tour. Aside from driving around downtown and the Strip, it also went to Liberace's home (haven't been,) passed the Atomic Testing Museum (I took my dad there years ago) and to North Las Vegas to show us the boarding home that Sammy Davis Jr. stayed in while performing in segregated Vegas (no idea it existed.) Apparently Vegas casinos desegregated years earlier than anywhere else because money talks. We also learnt where certain places got their name from, like Block 16 at Cosmo is named for the party district where the Binion's parking garage now stands. It is where the men who built Hoover Dam came to drink and gamble. We also stopped at a gambling supply store and they sold historic dice, chips, signage and gaming tables from older casino properties. They even gave us a little gift bag as part of the tour with a postcard, and vintage playing cards, matchbook and a poker chip. I think this would be a good tour if you don't like crowds, don't like sitting in the sun and want an overview before you hang out on the Strip. I enjoyed it.

The guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. They even provided complimentary snacks on the bus that consisted of chips and cold bottled water! Highly recommended!!
