There's no question but that Verizon is very expensive compared to other carriers in the Buffalo area. So that's the downside. You agreed to buy the phone, and they have to order it and then they're supposed to call you when it comes in. Only they don't. So when you go back in to see if it's there or when it's expected in, and it turns out that it's been sitting in the back. So it takes hours to get you hooked up. I don't remember that happening when I went from one phone to another with AT&T but that might be because I stayed with the same carrier I'm not sure. And for sure check your bill. Because it definitely was a lot higher than I expected I had to call and get that all fixed. I was kind of a pain.

He wasn't able to reinstate my old #, but I was so happy with his customer service and knowledge base that I don't care. The location was semi-busy all morning, popular site for walk-in traffic. This location is on Delaware, just before Hertel, in a strip shopping center that includes Fleet Feet, a Credit Union, and Little Caesars Pizza. Mark shepherded me through this perplexing issue with patience and kindness. If you ever have reason to visit this location, ask for Mark. He's the best!

I spent quite a while talking to the store employee and figured out the best option for me. Came back to pick up my new phone and a different store employee who was super helpful in telling me how to transfer all the data and do all of those things. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. If I gave 2 or 4 stars the service was either terrible or it was better than expected.

He said I never used over 2GB of data and 5GB was too much. I switched plans and took the accessories. Ever since I changed plans as recommended, I now run out of data halfway through my cycle! In 8 years with t-mobile, I never ran out of data. On top of that, my bill went up $40 because they never credited me for the accessories! After over an hour on the phone with t-mobile, they say I have to go into the store to get the credit and re-adjust my bill. Huge waste of time and not happy. Considering leaving t-mobile after 8 years. Find another location to buy your phone.
