This place is right at the intersection of FA&FO & there are sirens & gunshots CONSTANTLY at this time (Dec 2023) as well as high speed racing & cop interceptions all night from 1AM until basically the Sun rises. Later that month, they figured out they only way to fix it was put a huge hole in our livinging room which remained uncovered with dirt in our house for 3 days and was not fixed until we asked for the whole month free. That's when finally they sent people to fix it, & then said bc they already agreed to the 200 off , no way they could give us the month free. Again all this happening right when COVID started.
