They were steamed with a shredded parm and I probably would have preferred a baked/balsamic rendition better. Why couldn't they have cooked that one in the first place! We won't be back! A side note, a few couples came in for dinner but because they they didn't have reservations they were seated in the bar even though dining room was empty except for us.
