Less than 12 hours from our morning pickup time I received cancelation emails, no phone calls or even a text message. Seriously? Had I depended on their previous TWO CONFIRMATIONS and not been triple checking everything I wouldn't have seen the emails and we would have missed the flight. The most wonderful thing about VIP TRANSPORTATION (which isn't provided at that other place) is a REAL LIVE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE! No long waits on hold listening to recording of how great they AREN'T. When I called, desperate now to find a ride, VIP answered the phone and spoke with me person to person and we worked out a time. Equally important, they said they would absolutely be there. You know what? They were. The driver arrived two minutes early and we made our flight easily. When I need any transportation services again in their area VIP Transportation will be my Only Call. Real People, Real Service, Reliable.

He was…read moreour saving grace for my friend and me when we were absolutely sh*t out of luck driving into Sequoia National Park. Our car, which had all of our road trip belongings, died on our way up the road to the park. We hitchhiked our way back down, and with little service and no access to any Ubers or taxis in Three Rivers, the server at The Gateway provided us with the phone number for Three Rivers Transportation Delivery Service--specifically, Trent. The sun was setting, and we were running out of options, so when Trent picked up and agreed to come, it was one of the greatest reliefs I'd had in a long time. Throughout the next few days, as we had to figure out how to 1 - get the car off the side of the mountain, 2 - deal with a totaled car, 3 - sell the totaled car, 4 - eat/sleep, and 5 - figure out how to get home to Colorado, Trent was our angel. He helped us during every step of the way, even though he didn't have to. He's a beloved member of the Three Rivers community--and it makes sense! He is one of the kindest, most considerate, and all-around lovely individuals I've ever run into. Thank you for all that you do, Trent! He arrived within a few min of me calling and was helpful and understanding. I felt safe and comfortable, unlike I've had in the past with Uber and Lyft drivers using their job as a dating service trying to get my number, etc. Dave was friendly and professional and even helped again by driving me back to my car the next day. I don't understand why people on here are complaining about the fees, I found the fare reasonable and worth the peace of mind knowing taxi drivers have been vetted and background checked, unlike Uber/Lyft drivers.
