It was so unexpected as I told the cashier who was so friendly and celebrated my joy. I was told They would not arrive until the 4th by my local traders. They arrived on the 1st. The location was fully stocked, service was great and I love the wine display they have. The staff seemed happy to be there. The store organized and clean. I will definitely make the trip to shop here again.

The cashier who opened up the line looked at my daughter and said are you ready in a rude voice? we had two different transactions. I went first I put my things on the conveyor. The young woman proceeded to give very dirty looks at me and looked at my daughter, and my daughter told her I was looking for the dividers, but you really couldn't see them so the cashier goes. They're right there. They're like right there Pointing her finger and speaking very aggressively to my daughter we had my two grandbabies with me five year-old & 8 month old , but that did not seem to matter with this woman's personality so my daughter politely said well I didn't see them cause they're so small the cashier proceeded to check my things off all the sudden she takes the close sign, and she slams it down on the conveyor belt speaking through her teeth, like grinding angrily I'm closed to which I looked up and I said my daughter is with me but we have two transactions, The cashier proceeded to give me a very dirty angry, look talking beneath her breath to the point where I made the comment you need to please stop. She got louder, and I said you need to stop. She aggressively handed me my receipt. I took my receipt. I went to go look for a Manager, which there was no Manager to be found. I believe corporate does need to put up a phone number where customers can get in touch with corporate when things like this happen. It did not just in there. There was a family that was in there shopping and they thought it was funny how this woman was treating my family and I to where we were literally taunted out in the parking lot. This could've escalated into something else very quickly in our time we live in unfortunately that we I'm thankful that it did not, I do expect Aldi to handle this situation ASAP. I will not be threatened by one of your employees or have my daughter,grand babies at one of your stores by your employee I don't have to tell you this is very bad for business. Her name is on the receipt for anyone that lives in the area be careful if you go to this Aldi I'm just saying be careful. The cashier's name is Souline.... If you're looking for gluten-free, vegan, or other specialty products, the selection here is excellent. The store is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. A nice bonus is the Amazon return counter inside the store. You can bring eligible Amazon returns without packaging, and they handle the rest. One thing I wanted to mention for anyone trying to take advantage of the current Amazon Prime ice cream promotion (50% off pints through July 7): this location has had ongoing ice cream issues. I visited twice recently and found the freezers completely empty both times. On one visit, staff said they were waiting on a shipment; on the next visit, they explained that the freezer had broken and posted a sign stating that no ice cream pints were available for sale. So if you're specifically coming for the ice cream deal, I'd recommend calling ahead first or checking another Whole Foods location. Aside from that issue, it's still a great store and a very convenient Whole Foods for the Sugar Land area.

There just is nothing so overwhelming that the price per pound should be as high as it is. Salad bar items are 11.99 a pound. Olive bar, I would expect to be higher but not 11.99 as well. I completely understand and it's very well known that because of its organic food selections and quality that Whole Foods does selectively market to a higher economic demographic that is less price sensitive. However, I am in that upper demographic and I'm getting distracted by getting a salad and some olives and walking out of the store with a $35 bill. At this price, I can just eat at a restaurant, and a decent one at that.
