He was incredibly responsive on Yelp messages, phone calls, and texts. Unlike most shops, Victor doesn't charge for a diagnostic. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my laptop and even ordered another separate power brick (on his own dime) just to see if it was that. He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there. It required a new part and some soldering. It is now working! Again, this is not what he usually does, but he has the knowledge and skills and was willing to figure it out. He understood that the toy could not be replaced and was willing to step outside of what he normally does to fix it. This is exactly the kind of person and business we should all be supporting.
